11 months agoI tried a different Blue Wave carwash. This one is located on Shary Rd. between old 83 and the expressway. I noticed right away this one is different from the one by my home. The entrance is longer and only has one lane. At the gate there is the option to pay if you do not have the sticker on your windshield. At the location on Trenton there are two lanes that you can pay at. I also noticed when I eventually got out of my car that this location doesn’t shine the tires. But, you gotta love the car wash itself and how easy it is to get on the rollers that take your car for a lathery ride. Even if there is a long line of cars it goes quickly. The best part of having a sticker is you can go as often as you wish.a month agoCharles was very professional and efficiently knowledgeable on this site and was very helpful on helping me choose the right plan for me and my family vehicle needs. The customer service was outstanding, Charles was excellent, extremely knowledgeable. I was so pleased with the service I received. Bluewave Express Car Wash Mission goes above and beyond to meet your expectations, highly recommended!3 weeks agoClaim denied, I have been a customer since buying my brand new 22′ Silverado 1500. Took the truck through the Mission location and the blower was so strong you could actually see the hood buckle in the middle and left a residual dent in the hood. After they “reviewed” the claim and video the claim was denied stating they couldn’t see where the equipment hit the truck in the video. Of course not the air from the equipment hit the vehicle….. needless to say, membership is now cancelled. Be careful and be aware folks.

7 months agoI elected to take the chrome wheel polish for 65$ because that is what the menu sign says. I was then Approached and told its only for bumpers. When I rechecked the sign and pointed out it states 65 chrome wheel polish I was told the sign is wrong and the lady working the desk went back to just being in the front like I shouldn’t be bothered by the false advertising. I’ve9 months agoHORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went for an oil change & car wash they took 4 hours & when I went to pick up they didn’t clean inside at all. Didn’t wipe any surfaces, so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes while they took it back again. They don’t have any staff that speaks English or even tries to communicate to English speaking customers.100% would not recommend, horrible service, time management, & staff experience!
a month agoThey take a long time to wash your car. Which is fine as long as they start cars un the order that they arrive. But they left me sitting to wait on the attendant while 2 cars that arrived after me got moved in front of me. I left because that was certain to cost me another 45 minutes. VERY UNPROFESSIONALa year agoDon’t waste your time and money, drop off my vehicle for a car wash , vehicle was left with dirt and mud still on all undercarriage and steps. No effort was done to remove dirt and bugs from front end and wind shield, paid extra for a hand wash and Armor all a total of 67 dollars for a carwash that sincerely I would of pay 20 dollars in a drive thru carwash service.3 years agoI paid $150 for a hand wash/wax with engine detailing. They were supposed to shampoo the carpets and do a leather treatment on the seats as well. The engine was filthy. The leather doesn’t look like they did anything. I always thought that customers who would watch the workers detail their vehicles were rude. This place makes me understand why this would be necessary. This place is probably ok for for a low cost wash but definitely not worth the extras. To their credit they offered to let me bring it back but I won’t.

I really like this place because it is easy to stop by and get a quick wash of your car. I got their membership since I like to have my vehicle clean and need. I gave them 4 stars because even though I like the place the last two times I’ve been there they do not have drying clothes available at the dispensers. It really bothers me to have to walk around and try to find one. Last time I wasn’t able to dry my vehicle.
So, I just wanted a simple car was. It’s too hot to hand wash my car, which is something I enjoy doing.
Rather the guy told me I have to “leave a 5 star review” because he can’t ring up single washes at the moment. I tell him I just want to pay for it. That I’ve never tried the service. He says I’ll love it and my car will look great and that he will upgrade me to their most expensive wash. (I declined)
I leave a 5-star review as he instructed knowing I’ll update it later to 4-stars and add a comment on being pressured into leaving a review.
I get my wash the cheapest. (Yes, I’m picky about how my car is washed, and what chemicals are applied) I drive home and I see my hood when I get out of my car, It’s dirty. I check the rest of the car and the trunk is dirty(Check the photos). This carwash would of costed me $11.99. It’s more expensive than a gas station car wash and it did an equal or worse job!!
I would of probably left without leaving a review had I paid for it and learned a lesson about taking it to an automated car wash. But they wanted a review so here it is.

P.S. I know they are gonna respond with some PR sounding apology because it’s good for algorithm ranking when they respond. Don’t believe the reviews (they are bought) or the responses (They aren’t sincere). Can’t wait to laugh at the response y’all 🤣
Just got my car washed! These guys are great Xavier came through after to check to make sure everything was good. Place is always clean and easy to access and the towels and air nozzles to use are amazing! Have one subscription but will be grabbing another!
Best car wash in the valley BY FAR. Soap smells amazing, different shaped vacuums to fit tight spots and friendly staff. Special shout-out to Rueban at the the Shary location. He was extremely helpful and kind during my last visit
Machines leave an oil stain on wheels every wash which is a pain to remove. Normal 18 in wheel too, nothing crazy. Unfortunately i will not renew due to this. Told a worker about it and got “its the tire shine, thats how it works”.
