5 months ago4/21 Update: Yet AGAIN CLOSED! Stopped by at 9:30am and entrance blocked off. Now 3rd time out of 5 that I’ve gone they were closed during their supposed open hours. If I can’t get my car washed, why should I keep getting billed for your monthly service. Looks like it’s time to find a more reliable car wash as these guys can’t be trusted to be open.Today was now twice in the last 3 times in I’ve gone that they were closed way before closing time. Today 3/12 before 5pm the lot was still pretty full of people drying their cars off, the employees just sitting by wash entrance & a line of cars pulling in then seeing the pay/entrance machines blocked off and try to turn around to leave. I have been paying the monthly VIP plan for a good while now, but I’m sure not seeing an ounce of VIP service in my last 3 visits.
a week agoFirst visit. Subpar wash, could not tell the tire shine was applied at all, hard to tell if a blow dry is part of the automated wash and the free vacuums were weak (very little suction) and/or inoperable. The air gun stations are a cool addition and did the trick for nooks & crannies PLUS the self service station with microfiber cloths and Windex are appreciated.Glad that I didn’t invest in the $10 “membership” trial today, but I may give this car wash another chance in the future. 🌴✌️😎🌴
a month agoGreat car wash. Super sucking vacuums and microfiber rags are available to finish the job. Special shout out to Sm John! He came through and polished my tires and helped me with my mats!! Every single wash I’ve ever had, I have had to completely wipe down the car or it was totally spotted, it is the top of the line wash supposedly. If you have to wipe down the whole car, you may as well have washed it to begin with in your own driveway and buy some McGuire’s car wash at Walmarta month agoI like getting the car washed every week for one monthly rate. The machine soo good work except in the evenings. I think you might run low in wax or other things. I try to go around noon for that reason.Friendly service at the code gate because the reader doesn’t work as well as in years past. I’m thinking software glitch.
The attendants are friendly. I like that the best.
I go on vacation for two or three months in the summer, I wish there was a way to turn it off and then turn it back on when I get back let me know if you have suggestions.

4 weeks agoGreat place for a quick and easy power car wash! They provide variety of options. There are packages you can take if you wash your car very often. Otherwise you can pay only $10 for a one time wash.3 months agoJackie always provides excellent customer service.The manager Daphnee coaches the staff well. They all exhibit amazing customer service.
Service is amazing. Since I’m known to be a procrastinator, I love they have many locations which help me keep my car clean.
11 months agoVery nice CarWash. People are friendly. The place is very clean. The bathrooms are clean. They do a pretty good job. If you get your car and there’s anything you don’t like or just want them to do over, they do it without any problems. They have monthly memberships and the prices are competitive. With the membership you can wash your car everyday if you want to. No questions asked. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for checking in. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, and the end result is always a perfectly clean car And that’s why I come to this location over the last 4 years. Jackie and Nikki at the counter are complete professionals. I hope she is appreciated by upper management for their amazing kindness and knowledgeable information about everything you guys do. Horrible experience.
I have the unlimited car wash membership . Unfortunately, one of the workers used the high power vacuuming while he was cleaning the drink holder and dashboard of my car and my key got sucked into the central vacuum system . Some of the co-workers, a lady manager [ I think her name was dephany/ stefanny] and some members of staff tried to resolved the issue. I waited for more than 0ne hour and 45 minutes for the issue to get resolved. Meanwhile, I was told they had contacted the district manager. Mr. Rodriguez.
After waiting for a very long time.
I was upset so I demanded to speak by phone to the district manager. To find out he was not aware of the problem for a while . Mr. Rodriguez told
me, he was informed of the problem only just 35 minutes earlier and not 1 hour like I was told by the manager.
The cleaning crew didn’t have the courtesy to let me know that my car key was stuck somewhere. So I went to ask why they were taking so long to finish my car. It was until then they had no choice but to let me know about the problem. It was very upsetting how they handled the situation by the workers.
While I was waiting for the District Manager in the car wash lobby, the only thing I can hear was the employees complaining they were clocked out and the little money they made in tips for the day.
I counted over 20 employees going about their complaints about their job while they were very comfortable setting in the lobby. This was very wrong, especially when 2 other paying customers were standing and frustrated because their cars were parked and nobody was working on their cars . It appears that all the employees seemed to been clock out.
Very unprofessional .
It was raining bad enough to shut down the operations.
Finally, Mr . Rodriguez arrived to the Hypoluxo location and fixed the problem in 10 minutes.
The key was struck in the plastic hose and not in the central vacuuming system.
All the interruption of business and other customer waiting for their car to be served due to the whole vacuuming system shutdown and disconnected could have been voided only if they knew what to do.
Mr. Rodriguez apologized and offered to extend my membership at not cost for 4 months.
I have used their services many times and had adequate service, but yesterday I experienced service that was perplexing. As usual, my car was awaiting its turn to be washed in one of the lines. Several minutes after my car had been placed in the line, a car pulled up behind mine. When they completed the car in front of me, they skipped my car and began to work on the car behind me. After several moments of working on the car, they pulled the car around my car and parked it front of my car??? I finally addressed the bizarre chain of events to the service manager. He said something to the workers and went inside. All that happened is that one of the two workers – the one that orchestrated the events just described – went inside and then shortly thereafter left for day. Hence, it actually got worse. After several minutes I went inside to find the service manager to tell him nothing had changed. He didn’t seem to care and certainly didn’t apologize. I’ve never seen anything like this so I thought I would share.
Wow, I am blown away by the experience of this team they save me tremendously. I ran over some paint on the road call right in and they worked on my car as if it was their own personal vehicle. I am more than grateful, especially Jossie E. Also Corey for making me feel at home and at ease.
