- Reviews:Got my first tattoo here! It took 3 hours, but it was definitely worth it! I have to go back for touch-ups in a week, but there was no fading or discontinuation at all! Unfortunately, there is not a lot of seating in the waiting area. I was also allergic to the Saniderm, but I didn’t know until after. Good thing they still offer cling wrap! Thank you Drew! You did an amazing job! I ultimately decided to get it taken out and had the other side pierced at this shop. She pierced it nicely. However, my issue is when I went in a few days ago with my friend to get his septum done, apparently the piercer thought it was a good idea to tell my friend that my piercing was horribly pierced. I think it’s so unprofessional for a piercer to talk about another customer and their piercings with other customers. Not only that, but the shop doesn’t seem very welcoming at all. I thought it was just me, but after reviewing other reviews I see I’m not the only one that thinks this. I didn’t have a good experience at all. I have purchased a package in Jun of this year. But when I went in to my appointment the price was higher than the package contract I signed. I was told that the non members paid less and that the membership was raised. How the hell can this be ok?! I was not happy about the deceitful situation. I will say one thing good. Kristen did a great job with the Botox treatment. However this is inexcusable and just bad business. So disappointed!
The service itself is amazing and when the nurses have availability they have the best customer service, but due to staffing issues and influx of customers, they constantly reschedule you, or have a waiting list to schedule you.
This is a pay everything ahead of time service(payment plan or not) meaning you’re locked into this contract for this service until all appointments for the procedure are done- they give a lifetime guarantee.
You can only get out of this contract if you have a medical condition or doctors note, so knowing this before you start the process might deter you from going with this company since they can barely schedule you.
You are supposed to get the treatments a certain amount of time apart and due to rescheduling issues and waitlists this pushes the time between treatments further apart, possibly causing delayed results or not as good of results.
Maybe go with a different company with guaranteed appointment slots, or only use this company in a bigger city with multiple locations.
Otherwise this location needs more staff- and needs to work on retaining their staff.
I just don’t know if I could recommend this company. I am not in agreement for what this company stands for. I almost regret ever learning of this company. I requested a refund being that I never received treatment, not one and I was instructed at that moment that typical the company doesn’t provide refunds, only if there is a medical condition and that my refund would still have to be approved. This information should’ve been provided during the consultation, along with certain medical conditions that the treatment doesn’t respond well to. The associate didn’t elaborate as much as I felt she should’ve as it relates to the process of treatment. She seemed more concerned in my opinion with the money portion or telling me of new location and recruiting for that area. I was emailed terms and agreements and immediately after the consultation began to read being that it was so much and the consultation was only for about 30 minutes. After reading, I called back with questions and after describing my concerns. I was transferred to more than one associate being given the run around. I too requested refund at that point. This was prior to the scheduled session. On the scheduled day of session, I arrived about 30 minutes early to again request for refund. Unfortunately, I left without refund and was instructed to check back to see if the refund was approved and if not I would either have to go through with the unwanted treatment or choose another area to receive treatment for!!!! This is really ridiculous! I want my money back!!! This company seems more concerned with money than the happiness of the customer.
Roni is perfect!! She’s super nice, respectful, and just downright amazing! She’s gives great advice and makes the process very enjoyable!! If you’re struggling or have questions, she will take the time to explain things completely without making you feel dumb or embarrassed! She’s such a talented nurse and an even better human being!!
Shelly is amazing! She’s quick,thorough, and let me know about other services available. She was even able to get more done today than originally scheduled so I could save a trip. Thank you so much Shelly!!
