The payments are totally manageable, and she made sure I understood all of the terms before I signed anything. I thought I was there just for my consultation, but it was in fact already time for my first treatment. Once I went into the laser room, it was over in about five minutes. I was shopping around tattoo removal places in the area but never went through with it. Fast forward to 2022, I decided to finally take the jump and begin the removal process. I didn’t even bother shopping around this time, I went straight back to Removery. The techs were so friendly and even remembered me from when I had visited the year before! I’ve now done three laser removal sessions and I have zero complaints. I like that you pay for the full removal as opposed to paying per session. I impulsively one night wanted to get another tattoo, I have just recently moved here for college and have never gotten a tattoo in Buffalo. I called and they immediately got me in. The staff here makes you feel welcome and cared for as well as keeping you giggling all the time. They take great pride in their work and make sure it is done correctly and too your liking. I 100% recommend East Coast Ink to anyone wanting to get anything done, they are great people and have great service! I will definitely be coming here again!
This place is a whole vibe. If you’re looking for a comfortable & dope tattoo spot with good humor, music, down to earth artists this is the spot to go. We got matching mother/daughter tattoos and they came out amazing. Brett was very detailed and gentle..he’s awesome!! Jimmie made my daughter very comfortable as it was her first tattoo & Kimmie was very accommodating and friendly. This was a great experience..I’ll be back.

I went here for my first ever tattoo the artist Brett did a wonderful job not only on the tattoo but making me well welcome and comfortable. He and the woman working in the shop made conversation with my friend and I which made the whole process a lot less nerve racking for me. I recommend to go here for any tattoo or piercing services you need. Brett was very quick and efficient which made the tattoo a lot less painful than I had expected.
Everything about this place was great. I called in to get nipple piercings and came in 25 minutes later to a clean shop and friendly staff. Kym was the best piercer I’ve ever had! She was very professional, super nice, and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The whole process was quick and easy, and I was given all the information I needed to know about cleaning and healing. They made the experience the best it could’ve been and I’ll definitely be back soon for some tattoos!
