- Reviews:I came here to get tattooed by Steve after doing a deep dive into his work and falling in love. When I arrived at the appointment I showed him the general idea of what I wanted and he took the exact design and turned it into a stencil. I was told it would take between 2-3 hours. The tattooing experience itself wasn’t bad, he was friendly and we had good conversations. The tattoo was done in 45 minutes which should have been my first red flag. The finished piece is sloppy and almost unreadable. It’s very dark so there’s no fixing or covering it up. My only options are to continue to hide it or get it removed. It genuinely feels like he didn’t care about my piece because it wasn’t his original art. This is the best place, I’ve been getting tattoos since 2014 by Steve Smith and I’ll hold this shop, and Steve in a special place in my heart. They are incredible people. Not enough amazing things to say about them. The absolute best in my opinion. Clean lines, beautiful work, great vibes. Some of my oldest tattoos from Steve are still as vibrant as ever. I have only had great experiences at Removery Broadway! The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. They are very thorough in explaining the process and letting you know what they at every step. They discuss your treatment with you at each appointment so there are no surprises, and explain any changes in the treatment plan as the tattoo fades. I love going in to see Alex and chatting though my appointment. Highly recommend!!
Exceptional experience! I am thrilled with my results. I can’t even see my old tattoo on my finger anymore. The staff is incredible. Timothy and Alex are wonderful and put your mind at ease. They make the whole process clear and easy. 10/10 highly recommend.
I’ve been getting a tattoo removed at this location for about a year now. I can’t believe how much it has faded after only 6 sessions. In about one more year, it should be completely gone. Everyone here is so nice, especially Alex. They’re fast and efficient, and I’m usually in and out in max 10 minutes. They’re super flexible with appointments, and though they’re often fully booked, they still accommodate. I can’t wait to have this off of my body and feel more confident in my skin. The sessions to get my tattoo removed is quite quick yet painful; but every time I go in and see Alex it makes my visits there so much more fun and easy going than you could ever think a laser removal session would be. Alex is really great not only as an employee there but also as a person in general!! He’s personable and friendly; along with the others that work at this Broadway location. They’re also so easy to work with and make scheduling very seamless even with their difficult schedules. I’ve only gone about 7 months at this point and have already seen really great progress. I am very grateful to have found this place and the team that works there!!
I always have such a great experience at this place! From the very first visit they have always answered all my questions, and taken great care to follow proper tattoo removal guidelines. I have fair skin, and I’ve never been burned, yet my tattoo is fading beautifully! Sarah and Alex are super friendly and knowledgeable! And I especially love that I chose a fair and set removal price. I know that I can go back as many times as I need to without having to stress the finances! The facility is super clean, and I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time. I would definitely recommend this place!
