  1. The nurse did a great job. Very nice and knowledgeable! What I DON’T like, is that you pay for services ahead of time, and when they can’t do that service because of an allergic reaction, they don’t pay you your money back. Any service that you’re using you pay AFTER services are rendered.

  2. Wonderful experience start to finish. I finally decided to call and discuss the cool sculpting procedure. I was transferred to Shannon, a sales rep. Shannon took the time to answer all of my questions, provide details of the service, prepared me for what to expect, and her personality and approach was top-notch. My nurse, Sarah was just as welcoming, professional, and pleasant. She could tell I was a bit uncomfortable and she too explained the process and asked me how I was feeling. I appreciated that. She explained each step that she was doing, what I might experience, and continued to check on me throughout my service. At the end, she set realistic expectations for expected results. I would recommend this team over and over!

  4. I have been coming to this location since June of 2022. Every visit they never fail to greet you with a warm smile! Ariel is always so friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in the door. Susannah is very thorough with her work. I love the fact that she takes the time to check after to make sure every thing has been taken care of! She is absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend this location. Professional and friendly goes such a long way. That’s so hard to find these days, but they rock at it here! Thank you Ideal Image!

  5. my injector, Faith, was amazing! Minimal pain, no bruising, and can’t wait to see the results! Ariel greeted me warmly at the front and let me know that they would be checking in on me 3 days after the procedure and to call with any questions or concerns. Will definitely be going back in about 3 months (if I like the results), because the environment was very friendly, relaxing and my experience was great!

    Not worth the time nor money! I asked for the volume set of lashes and received less than volume!! Less than classic if you are thinking about going here this is not what you are looking for. The manager argued me down instead of trying to make things right when I told her I was not paying for a falsely advertised lash install!! Even after the failed attempt to fix them My service took two plus hours just to not be given the best ! The lash tech had her children running in and out of the room where she is performing a service on my eyes!!!!! I was unhappy and they seemed to not give one flip it was time to pay!! My lashes started falling out the day of service up until now ONLY a week later!!! Check it out for yourselves in my picture! Not worth $100 plus dollars for mediocrity and less than professionalism I originally asked for clusters on which they were so confident individuals would be better just a complete rip off!!!!!!!! Don’t get your lashes done here!!!!

    Every time I’ve visited for a service, it’s been wonderful. The facility is very clean, and the employees are warm and pleasant. I always enjoy the results, and the girls are sensitive to any particular requests I may have for my brow appointment. Definitely suggest visiting this location if you’re in the Winston-Salem region! It’s the best brow shop I’ve come across so far.

    I have had my brows, eyeliner and lips permanent makeup performed. She is the best professional in this area. Honest, fair prices for the extreme job she does. Office is beautiful and welcoming. Clean and the most updated products and equipment. Sanitary. Wish I found her first. GO THERE, you will be extremely happy.

    Absolutely perfect experience. Bhavi is so sweet, so knowledgable, and so patient. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensured that I was 100% happy with my brows before she made them permanent. I travelled over three hours to have them done by her and I am so happy that did. They came out absolutely perfect and natural. I’m over the moon.

    Highly recommend Jadeia at the Winston-Salem location. She does a great job each and every time. Consistency is key for me. She also makes you extremely comfortable during the whole process. The ladies at the front desk are always professional and smiling. The front desk, restroom, and wax area’s are always clean. If you’re looking for a wax center, European Wax Center is the place.

    Jadeia was very nice and sweet. this was my first time getting a wax. she was very patient and friendly has great conversation if you feeling nervous and need a distraction. she walked me through the whole process and it didn’t even hurt like how I thought.
