I paid for everything at that time. The next day I called and cancelled. I received an email verifying the cancellation stating they would contact me in 3-5 business days. They didn’t contact me for 3 months. They wanted me to go through with procedures even offered additional procedures for $0. I said I want a refund. They told me to read my contract. Laser hair removal .and I don’t buy life insurance. One month after i came back salon they told me I should sign for a membership which cost $250. The benefit will be 90% discount and the girl was talking to me she wrote down all the prices for each type of hair removal and confirm the price will be the same every time I come back. First time coming back, they charge me exactly like what they said before. However, on the second time I was charged for almost double the price. I was shocked and they told me that the price can change any single time , so what was the point of having membership? And why the girl told me that price will be the same every time? New to body waxing, not face waxing. Don’t want to complain about anyone as we all feel comfortable around different types of people. My first visit wasn’t horrible, the service was good. Second visit was excellent. Front desk staff is a hoot to talk with and so nice, friendly, and helpful. Pepper did my service the second time, and she’s just so easy to be comfortable around. Highly recommend. She’s gentle but precise.
I see Ashley at the Tulsa Hills location and she is amazing! She has been so patient and encouraging as I get braver with my waxing journey. She’s also very fast and very talented. We always laugh through the whole session. I love her! Front desk is always super friendly and helpful too!

Ashley was nothing less then AMAZING. My BEST experience so far and I have been going since open. Ashley made me feel comfortable, she applied the PERFECT amount of pressure when needed, made sure the wax was at good temperature and asked me if it was throughout my service and very thorough in a timely manner.
Heather at the Tulsa Hills location has been my trusted waxing technician for years now! She can get booked for weeks because she is honestly THE BEST at her job! Makes the experience comfortable and easy from beginning to end!
