The nurse and doctor were patient and very friendly. I really, really liked Dr Hainey. She walked me through every step of my treatment so there were no surprises.   2. My husband and I had our first appointment with Dr. Jason Romero this week. We very easily fill out the first time patient paperwork. Everyone at the front desk and check out were pleasant, efficient, and professional. Dr. Romero was just wonderful and his exam was thorough. Very good experience for us both.

  3. My visit to Dermatology & Skin Surgery was very pleasant. A representative was at the door as I walked in to assist me at checking in. She used a small tablet and it went quickly. When done it didn’t take long for me to be called back for my appointment. The nurse came in soon to ask questions then the doctor followed her a few minutes later. He took care of my request and was very thorough. I was very pleased to have been waited on in a prompt manor. I look forward to my future visits and would recommend friends and family to come here.

  4. I was very pleased with my entire experience . The check in process was simple, the waiting area is spacious and even has a child friendly area with their own television. The nurse was very professional. Dr. Clemons is a great doctor. He took time listening to all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this dermatology office!!

  5. The staff and providers here have been wonderful. They are pleasant, patient, friendly, and helpful. I confess to not being the easiest or most complaint patient. However, Dr. Laura Haynie was very understanding, informative, and friendly. She quickly resolved my concerns, answered my questions to satisfaction, and even helped me find a more effective pharmacy. She did not make me feel rushed, and she offered her full attention for as long as I needed. Her treatment has been very helpful.

    I was looking for something completely unexpected but an activity my husband enjoy for his birthday yesterday. The day before I went in and the lady helped me figure out what services to get. The prices were so reasonable, I could get several options. I went with the hot stone masssge and a pain relieving pedicure. The next day when we arrived, she greeted us by name and wished my husband a happy birthday. They showed me to a room where I could wait for him. It was so peaceful and quiet. He was so happy with all the services provided. The employees were friendly and professional. We will definitely return again soon

    I’ve only been here twice and each time was wonderful. I’ll always recommend Chemika because she’s the best! 😊 She’s very gentle and really nice. Book your appointments in advance because the service is just that good. If there are any issues you can always call and they’ll get you taken care of.

    I am in absolute LOVE with this establishment! I found it by completing a Google Search, after being terribly disappointed with another shop. I read the reviews & gave it a shot. Best decision ever! I absolutely love Lynn & she does the very best dip nail service in this area. The ambiance is spot on throughout the the Spa & the front desk workers are welcoming, friendly & seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The owner is a go getter & is very accommodating & down to earth. She works just as hard inside & outside. Very hands on and it is inspiring! Great spot to chill & unwind in between life’s chores.

    Amanda did a great job in cutting my hair! It was my first visit and she was through, professional and conscientious! I was impressed that she asked to see a photo of what my hair looked like before as I had let it grow out somewhat. I’m very happy with the results.

    Sam was amazing as usual! Love coming to Spa Concepts. Nice atmosphere. However, my husband, Wallace, did not have a good experience with his masseuse. The guy only massaged his back and it wasn’t even a halfway good massage just on that area. He said he felt like it was the worst massage he has ever had. (He may have been a new masseuse but he needs a little more practice). I will definitely come back again for Sam! He’s the best!

    I handed my debit card to the receptionist and was told there is a credit. I got a bill >$100.00 yesterday. It is probably the insurance company but it is still annoying. Dr. Clemons enters the room exactly when the appointment is scheduled—not a minute later. Well pleased with her.
