They made me feel very comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. I was struggling with some adult onset acne that was making me lose my mind and they were so understanding and thorough. They gave me and great explanation of what I specifically had going on with my skin and gave me a few different options for treatment. Even more they worked with my insurance and made sure that I had the best option without spending out of pocket. Very professional and beautiful office as well. Always a pleasure to visit the office. Receptionists were friendly, the doc interested and capable. If you have any say-so in the matter, I recommend dropping the mask mandate. We have known for a LONG time that they do no good at all. On the other hand, they do make it hard for deaf people (like me) to communicate. Thank you!
Dr. Schwartz is the only dermatologist I trust. I’ve been seeing him for the past 45 years and he and his staff always provide the best service and care imaginable. In the past, I didn’t want to use my Kaiser insurance with full coverage for a dermatologist. I happily pay out-of-pocket to get seen by Dr. Schwartz. He’s the best there is!
My first visit to this clinic was a breeze. Fast and efficient check-in with very kind staff. Doctor was prompt, concise, and informative. We will definitely be coming back with future concerns if any arise.
