I could not ask for a better experience. The appointment with Amy met all my needs. I appreciated the prompt service and the ambiance and her knowledge, professionalism and the fact that she was genuine and also generous with her time.
My experience was with Ashley Price NP, and I was very pleased. She was extremely professional, listened attentively to my concerns, and, as a nurse, I felt my treatment was very appropriate for the issue I was experiencing. I was advised that if the issue did not resolve with the treatment, to call and Ashley would be happy to revisit further options. I had seen Dr. Price, MD, in the past and had an excellent experience with him. I will definitely continue to use these providers.
i would just like to start by saying this is my own personal experience with price skin care , i started by netting someone that worked for price skin care at my job and she told me they do take my insurance and everything . so i made an appointment got everything good to go and then out of no where the day before they texted me on their app and said they don’t take my insurance which was fine but then they proceeded to cancel my appointment. They told me , they had an appointment for friday at 11 , friday comes. online it says they’re close but the person i was speaking with just told me they have an appointment for friday. i just think that was very unprofessional of you guys. i was really looking forward to that appointment.
The waiting room is beautifully decorated and extremely neat and clean. All my paperwork had been done ahead of time. I didn’t have to wait long at all before they called me back. The dr and nurse were very friendly and professional. I had a small procedure done. My appointment was at 10am and I was finished and headed to my car by 11am. I would highly recommend Price Skin Care.
The kindness and efficiency of this Dr officer experience couldn’t be any better. This nurse practitioner was so helpful and informative of what she was seeing. And the place is so new and clean— a very positive experience.
