  2. I went in for the first time and everything was great. The staff was very polite and friendly. They took the time to explain things to me and answered any questions I had. I even received a call afterwardsgrom the doctor just to see how I was feeling. I have no complaints at all.

The office staff is always extremely polite and helpful. Multiple offices throughout the valley for convenience and each one immaculately clean and professional.

  4. I thought going to Contour Dermatology in La Quinta would be most efficient as they seem to do everything there. However, you can’t get in to see the doctor. I had to see a PA for an annual skin check. I believe they said the doctor only does surgical procedures. I wanted to see about getting my eyelids lifted. The receptionist assured me the PA could assist with this when I made the appointment. However, the PA, Elaine Woo, was only able to direct me to an eye doctor for an exam to check to see if my eye lids were obstructing my vision. The receptionist could have done that. Once I have the eye exam, then I can schedule a surgical consult. Not sure if that will be with an actual doctor or not. But Elaine Woo was not able to give me any information on an eye lid lift as the receptionist said she could. However, she did give me a very swift full body check before she whisked away. I was interested in getting some sun damage on my face removed, but she said she couldn’t freeze. I just needed to use over the counter products to help fade. I will see what my eye appointment results are before deciding if I want to proceed further with Contour Dermatology. It does seem to be a very nice facility and the office staff was very friendly. I was just expecting a little more direction.

  5. My experience has always been positive with the wonderful staff and doctors.
    However, not necessarily the fault of the staff or doctors, I’m not happy with my lip filler. After about 2 weeks, when the filler is supposed to set, my lips were back to their original thin shape.
    For the price paid, I should feel happy with the results, but I’m not.
    I’m going to schedule another consultation to figure out what happened?
    Again, I don’t blame the Doctor, it could be that the product just doesn’t work well with me?

    Wish they had a zero stars option! Just got a gel mani. From the start you can tell the lady working on my mani had no idea what she was doing. She had to ask for help from a co worker to find out how to take of gel nail polish, even after soaking my nails she was still unaware on how to remove the gel nail polish from my nails, the co worker moved her out the way and removed all the previous color I had. Second she did not know how to clean my cuticles she was doing a horrible job but I continued to give her a chance because we all start somewhere and how bad could it turn out? Third was my last straw! She did not clean under my nails failed horrible trimming my nails and the nail polish was horrible and lumpy. My 6 yr old could of definitely done a better job lol The customer service sucks all they could tell me was come back tomorrow?? Like what? I’m supposed to walking around with lumpy nails??

    Such great service attentive kept me comfortable great room temperature quiet relaxing with the serenity of the music great massage they actually give you a massage I got a pedicure I tried the citrus sunrise it was amazing and I got the gel my manicure was done perfectly they definitely know what they’re doing and it was pretty good timing great experience all around truly love this place and will come back again. Thank you! 🙌🏾🙏

    I was a little surprised that because I’m a guy certain parts of the higher priced pedicures aren’t offered (nail polish/top coat for example) I couldn’t tell if all the extras that come with a deluxe pedicure were lackluster because of a very soft touch or because the tech was more or less just going through the motions. To end the review on a more positive note, I will say the store looked very clean and orderly and was helped quickly.
