  1. I have been going to this place for about two years. I go every week or every other week. The place is spotless, has a spa like feeling and they take excellent precautions for COVID. Now diving into the work. Nancy is excellent. She is fast, yet precise and impeccable. She does exactly what you are asking but she will weigh in, give her input. Eyebrow threading was always extremely painful for me. Literally to the point where I would dread getting in the chair and had slowly developed some anxiety anticipating that type of pain that made me squirm in my shoes. Don’t know how Nancy does her work but it’s painless.
    She convinced me to tint my eyebrows for the first time in my life. Very happy with how they came out. Love her work! Highly recommend this place!

  2. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for over a year and they are always perfect! Recently I tried the lash lift for the first time. They came out wonderful!! It has been a little over a month and they still look fantastic. The effect is very natural – like your own lashes but better. I haven’t had to wear any mascara. Many people ask me “are those your real lashes?!” and the answer is always “yes – just lifted!” I highly recommend Noor for threading and the lash lift.

  3. Nancy took care of me today with eyebrow threading & tint and lash lift & tint! Wow I’m in love with the end result and it’ll make my morning routine so easy! Thank you Nancy for making me beautiful! I am a first timer to tinting and the lash lift, Nancy talked me through it and did such a fantastic job!!

    She also suggested some serum to help my eyebrow hair grow back as I’ve been struggling to get it to grow. Thank you thank you Nancy!! I’ll be back soon 😊

  4. My first (and LAST) visit. I made an appointment with Nancy several days in advance for eyebrow threading, lash lift & tint. To start, Nancy was 30+ minutes late for the appointment, claiming she was caught in traffic so I was ok with that. First, the eyebrow threading, then she “suggested” the lip and chin threading (which I had no idea of the up-charge). Next, the lash lift/tint. Oh my goodness, whatever the chemicals used, my eyes burned & were so reddened I could barely see to drive home. I paid nearly $200 for this experience! After less than a week, my eyelashes were going in 8+ different directions. A week later, many of my lashes fell out or broke off! I have spent so much time trying to remedy this. I highly recommend to stay clear of this business. And to add insult to injury, I was pressured to leave a 5-star review on their website. Please be careful if choosing to go to this place for any type of service.

  5. I usually go here for eyebrow threading and if I’m honest, I will usually sit and wait for Nancy to groom me. However, today, I just decided to go on a whim of faith and trust in another technician to ensure me of a satisfactory service.
    Oh my goodness, Sebeta (I may not have the correct spelling of her name), took such good care of me!
    I must admit, I do not have your average brow. I’m a full and thick holder and I did not take her brows that had been groomed recently, due to me wanting to have a total new shape.
    She did just that and I could not be happier!

Madison is super friendly and even went the extra mile by completing a procedure in a different area for other than what I was scheduled. She really made me feel better about my decision to get laser hair removal with Ideal Image. I’m happy to work with her, she made my birthday! Also, Nigel at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. He made me feel better just by listening to me and really engaging in conversation with me.     I had an amazing experience from the time I submitted my inquiry to the time I left out of the facility. I was contacted almost immediately after submitting my inquiry and was given the full rundown of the process and pricing. They were able to take me the same day and I was greeted warmly once I arrived. I elected to have three areas done and they were able to do two during the same appointment. My laser technician was very polite and of course knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to answer my questions. The process in total was maybe 5 minutes and that included the few times I needed a quick break from the laser. The actual lasering wasn’t bad. It feels like a quick, hot pluck and then the sensation totally goes away almost as quickly as I felt it. She had an ice pack handy just in case I needed it but. I will be back to get my bikini area done.

    To begin, I was SO nervous to get laser hair removal. I have wanted it done for ages, but never pulled the trigger because I was concerned it was going to be too painful. If you are considering getting it done— DO IT! I had the most incredible nurse I’ve ever met perform my laser hair removal named Maddie Sharpe. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable and clearly well versed in laser procedures, but she was comforting, kind, and incredibly personable. She listened to my concerns and fears and validated my feelings. She gave me options to have the laser done as slowly or as quickly as as needed for my level of comfort. She was incredibly attentive to my pain threshold and frequently checked in to make sure I was able to tolerate the laser. I had my under arms and bikini done and it was maybe a 4/10 with respect to pain. I barely even felt some parts as she was doing an incredible job at balancing light hearted conversation with decisive laser placement and treatment. I left with my fears abated, feeling confident and educated on a procedure I’ve wanted done for years! She is the best provider I’ve ever had, and I will solely be coming back for her cosmetic services!

    Madison Sharp was the best! I have never had such a seamless and painless laser treatment! I’ve never been treated so well at an Ideal Image! At the previous location I went to in Dallas, I felt unwelcome and my pain was not taken into consideration and I had to apply my own after treatments and clean myself off. I told Madison my experience and not only did she listen, she made sure to provide me with ice (I HAVE NEVER BEEN GIVEN ICE NO MATTER HOW MUCH PAIN/HEAT), she made sure I was comfortable the entire time and even let me know I that based on my plan, I could get more areas of my body treated. I really appreciate Madison and all of the staff at the Durham location! 10/10! Thank you for making this the best experience I’ve ever had in my year of going to Ideal Image.

    I love this location so much! The staff is always so nice and welcoming! My waxer is Marissa and she is the BEST! She is so good at what she does and she always makes me feel so comfortable when she’s waxing me. The services I get done with her are eyebrows, underarms, full legs and Brazilian.     Victoria is ALWAYS the bomb! I’ve been going to her for almost 4 years and I hate when I miss booking with her because she’s literally the BEST! If y’all ever lost her, you’ve lost 2 customers!
