  1. I went for my first appointment and met with Maggie- she was great! She explained the whole process and answered all of my questions! The actual laser time was about 10 minutes and she kept checking to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. Afterwards she went over the aftercare instructions and made sure I was comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. It was a great experience!

  2. The NP I had today was amazing. I totally forgot her name but she made me feel comfortable, she took her time, and addressed all of my concerns. Since I started this process of removing hair,I’ve always mentioned the spots that I believe are being missed.She’s the first to address the area and made sure to zap those areas. Through out the entire session she made sure to ask if I was doing okay. I’m happy my next appointment is with her again.

  3. I was nervous when I first went in. After meeting my provider, Nova, NP, she made me feel right at home and super comfortable. She answered all of my questions and walked me through every step from start to finish. She told me what to expect from my first treatment and what to look out for. I am looking forward to my next treatment with her and with Ideal Image. Even after my first treatment, I notice a difference!

  4. The people at this place have been amazingly kind. They listen to me with the concerns I’ve been having about my treatments (nothing bad, just looking for advice really). The treatments are super quick and efficient, too! I’m also pleasantly surprised with the pricing. I always thought laser was incredibly expensive but I got a great deal on Black Friday and signed up right away. Overall, very pleased with my experience here. Forgot to mention, initial consultation over the phone was really great. The lady I spoke with took the time to really get to know me for the treatment I wanted and curated the entire experience. Again, stellar experience!

  5. This was the second time I have been to this location for treatment. I had originally been at a location in a different state. Both times I have been greeted by Aubrey, who is an absolute joy, both in person and on the phone. Her customer service skills are fantastic! She’s so thorough and efficient every time, plus she greets you with the best smile! As for treatment, I have been blessed with Maggie both times! She is absolutely phenomenal!!! I could right away tell she knew her stuff, everything was confirmed correctly, she went over everything with me so thoroughly that I got vital information about care that I didn’t get at the prior office. I expressed my anxiousness with things and she completely made me feel like I was talking to a friend right from the start. Coming back this time she remembered things we had chatted about which was awesome! She has the most amazing personality and gift at making people feel at ease. The care that she gives is beyond measure, she goes above and beyond to check in with me, to make sure all areas of treatment have been met, and the after care protocol she takes has even helped the inflammation I was originally getting. I would give this office and their staff 100 stars if I could. I truly mean it from the bottom of my heart how thankful I am to have been treated so well here. These ladies are the best in the biz.

    Both Dublin and Easton facilities are clean and well-designed. I never wait past my appointment time. The staff is kind, helpful and professional. Rachel is by far the best provider I have encountered during my treatments. She is an elevated grade of professional and very thorough. The treatments themselves are approximately 80% of what I expected, but still a fair value for the price.

    I’ve been coming to ideal image for about a year. Each time I feel like they truly know me and listen to me. I am not someone who wants treatments that are noticeable to everyone, but rather subtle improvements and was very fearful the first time I came to ideal image. They heard me and reassured me I would receive the treatment results I was desiring, and they were right! Everyone is always so friendly and kind and it makes me want to keep coming back!     I had a horrible experience here. I wanted part of my tattoo removed. The doctor said it would take 12 sessions to remove. I told him I was only here for another 3 weeks and he said well let’s do 1 and really go at it. He charged me, a recent college graduate with no money, $400 for one session. He assured me it would at least fade, but my whole tattoo is fully visible. The original tattoo was no more than $100 and I wanted less than half removed. If he knew it wasn’t going to work and told me so, I would have walked out, but instead I was taken advantage of. Absolutely ridiculous. Seemed more like a salesman than a doctor. Do not recommend. The photo is 4 weeks post treatment, where I was told it would be at least faded by 2 weeks.

    I’ve been going to Jiva for a few years now for laser hair removal and have had GREAT results! I bought it for myself for my 30th birthday and it was the best thing ever! The staff is amazing and their location is great. Erin is awesome and provides the best customer service and makes you feel extremely comfortable! If you’re thinking about it- do it do it do it!!!

    Nancy is the absolute best! I have been doing Venus Legacy treatments and have had a great experience so far. Nancy truly cares about getting you the results you want.     I’m currently getting my tattoo removal here. The spa is so nice and such a good environment, all the staff is so nice and welcoming. Dr Nanda is quick, super nice and is very helpful and knowledgeable. When I came for the consultation I had my first session and he gave me a great deal on it. I’ve had 4 sessions and can notice a difference already. Definitely recommend this place!

    The staff at Jiva is super friendly and accommodating and the office is beautiful- very refreshing space to be in. Erin is absolutley amazing and my go-to girl for laser hair removal over the past few years. She is extremely meticulous and always ensures you are comfortable throughout the treatment.
