Two of my boys have been going there for just about 2 years now and I can’t even begin to explain how much they have grown! They have learned so much not just physically with the sport but mentally. These instructors really take the time to understand and help each kid. They always have a great life lesson that my kids take with them on and off the mat. My kids really show how mucg more self confidence they have in themselves and the self discipline they teach really comes through! I’m truly happy made this decision. In 1992 I began to have my children begin their studies in Karate at Master Curry’s school.
In that time each of my six children have attained a black belt in Karate under the nurturing eye of Master Curry.
However, more important than those achievements Master Curry has helped to instill in my four boys and two girls a great sense of self confidence and a great respect for others. Courtesy and a confidence are the keystones of his school.
Master Curry’s school is a safe, meticulously clean and professional environment.
There are many other schools in Staten Island that teach martial arts but none of those schools has the true key to success which is the knowledge, experience and kindness that Master Curry brings to his dojo.
My family will be forever grateful for his time and attention.
Signing my son up with Master Curry was one of the best decisions I made for him. Master curry goes above and beyond to make every single student understand, learn and achieve every goal they set their mind to. He makes them feel confident and pushes them to believe in themselves. My son looks forward to the classes every week & his confidence level grows with every class.
Sade loves attending Master Curry Karate!! She started a little over 2 months ago and has learned so much in such a short time. She looks forward to class twice a week and so do I and daddy over zoom. We’re here for the long haul and we can’t wait to continue to see her growth!!
