  1. I love Team Endurance MMA and everything Master David has to offer the students. He is always giving the students positive reinforcement. My son has been attending classes for almost 4years now and I do not not have a complaint.
    I can really say it is a family here my brother and I both were taught by Master David and now my son.
    My son has also made amazing friends here. Being here has helped my son gain confidence in himself as well as being able to defend himself. They offer a variety of classes so the students do not get bored. Coach Kyle is also amazing with the students and they all interact so well with him. They do teach discipline and respect which they see can also be fun.

  2. Team Endurance MMA has a warm welcome feeling when you enter the facility. It was easy to speak to the instructor Master David, and he is always responsive with any questions. He encourages my son to always do his best and most importantly he honed in on making him more confident. Since my son has been attending he loves it and is eager to go to class twice a week. Master David is patient with the kids and you can tell by working with them how dedicated he is in seeing them build and achieve their skills.
    The facility is also very clean and easy to get to. Would definitely recommend this school to everyone.

  3. Team Endurance is very welcoming. After trying out multiple other academies for tryouts I found that team endurance is the most welcoming, cleanest and most organized academy in the area. Master David is very professional and doesn’t move on unless you fully understand his demonstration. Everyone in the team is very respectful and extremely friendly. It is the best way to get in shape and for me 45 mins at the academy is better than 2 hours that I spend at the gym. The academy itself is very clean and organized.

  4. Really happy with finding this academy. I wanted to give my son something that would instill further discipline, listening skills and focus in my son but could also feel fun so I immediately started to search for martial arts schools. I came across one that was a bit further away that was ok but they didn’t seem as modern and really inflexible class times for his age. I looked some more and came across team endurance. Not only did they have a great enrollment trial period but from the first class I felt like this was going to be the fit we needed. There were plenty of kids in his age range and I signed him up that same day. My son is progressing and learning a lot. I’m excited to be able to have him move up in his belt rank one day soon.

  5. Endurance is an amazing, remarkable gym. Coach David’s knowledge of all things martial arts is only eclipsed by his caringness and devotion to his students. There’s an incredible kinship to everyone that trains here, people form real meaningful friendships and we’re always striving to help each other get better. All skill levels can learn, and grow in their martial arts pursuits here, not to mention make meaningful connections. Its especially wonderful for kids and I can’t wait until my daughter can take her first class here.

    I have had an amazing experience training at Procel BJJ. Professor Brian and Coach Caitlin have done a great job of making me feel welcomed, confident, and comfortable. Another great thing to highlight is the people in this school everyone challenges and supports one another! I have been coming here for around 5 months and can honestly say this is the best workout I have ever tried not only do you physically workout you also workout your mind. If you are a female reading this review, I highly recommend you give this school a try not only to keep you in shape but to provide you with some great self-defense techniques.

    Brian is doing an outstanding job as an instructor. My 5 years old daughter has attended his classes for approx. half year now and despite training mainly with boys, she enjoys the class and is happy to go each time. That is mainly thanks to Brian’s patient and empathetic way of teaching. I also had a chance to attend a few adult classes myself and enjoyed them a lot. In my experience, students will never be put in a situation that would make them feel uncomfortable, not safe or stretched too far beyond their abilities. Last but not least: the gym is always clean, smells great (whatever that is) and is very conveniently located as part of the Brunswick community center.

    Brian is a wonderful teacher who encourages his students to do their best with kindness and grace. The mixed age and mixed gender students all seem to enjoy being there and get along well. They are always learning new skills and practicing their prior skills. My 13 year old has definitely gotten stronger and more self-assured through this class. He is very motivated to attend and happy when he returns from it.

    I joined the Procel Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy more than a year ago and have been extremely impressed with the level of instruction and the welcoming atmosphere. Professor Brian and Coach Caitlin are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and they have helped me improve my techniques and build my confidence on the mat. The academy offers a wide range of classes for people of all skill levels, and the schedule is very flexible, which makes it easy to find a class that fits my schedule. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the gym has a great community of students who are always willing to help each other out. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to join the academy, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn this amazing martial art.     Went to say hi and visit the new place the Miyao brothers opened and participate in a an event they were hosting. Luta livre seminar by Jabrem Pacheco. Had a very nice and productive time. 🤩 Amazing brand new academy. Very Zen vibes from the plants around and decoration🎍Forest scent matching the bambu 🎋logo and idea of nature. So far, one of my favorites academies (and I visited few academies around the world). The place is spacious, with lots of light, nice mats and a free weights area with a brand new rack. Nice bathrooms ( but no shower 😭). Paulo and Joao Miyao, kind and attentive with all the visitors and students. Good vibes, bunch of techniques from the seminar ( pretty intense information wise ). Is always a pleasure to visit these guys 🙌🏾🙏🏽 I will defntly come back and try one of the competitors classes they host free charge for those who need to prep for competition.     It will be a necessity for me to make the three hour trip from Maryland to learn from Professors Paulo and João Miyao a few times a month. Both times I have visited, they have been very welcoming and helpful in terms of brushing up my technique and answering specific questions to my problems. This is a place for hard sparring as well as the most technical instruction. Practitioners of all levels will benefit from their instruction.
