  2. Had such a great experience here. Jared helped me learn fundamentals 1:1 before a class and he was so kind and patient with me. He encouraged me to ask questions while breaking down each step and move for me. His explanations made it simple
    to follow as a beginner. Everyone thoroughly seemed to enjoy the art and were willing to help me learn. I liked how they gave a free private lesson before placing you in a class. It made the experience that more enjoyable. Would recommend.

  3. Facilities are amazing. Staff is amazing. Coaches and students are all at the top of their game. There’s not a better place in Colorado to train!

  4. They have the best program hands down!! All the coaches are super helpful and they go out their way to make sure you understand the technique..If you are new to martial arts I highly recommend this place!!

  5. I’ve been coming to the No-Gi classes at 7:30pm Tue/Thurs and I’ve gotta say that Coaches Josh & Jared have been doing a phenomenal job. It felt like that class might slip a little since Sebastian left, but these guys are amazing. Both of them even stay as long as us students need to make sure they’ve answered all of our questions.
    I also couldn’t believe when Josh said he just started teaching. He teaches like he has a lot of experience.
    I definitely recommend trying out a one of their classes.

    This gym is one of the most amazing and comfortable places I’ve ever trained at. It’s a great atmosphere no matter the rank you are you treated with respect and equal. If you are looking for a fun and enjoyable gym to spend your time but also get a great workout this is the gym for you.

    I’m down out of state, in Denver for a training. Stopped by this school to get a training session in. Everyone was super welcoming, laid back and respectful of someone new coming in! Got some great rolls in, and got to train some Judo as well. All around a great school!

    I’ve been coming here for 6 months and I have to say that ALL the coaches here are WORLD CLASS! They are approachable, patient, take the time to explain things simply, and don’t condescend because you’re new to the sport! The entire staff (especially Dora) is always so friendly! I always feel welcome when I’m here.

    They charge between 160 -210 a month with no options for per class or package deals. The training you receive if you are not on their pro team is average at best. (Coming from somebody who has trained at multiple places in multiple cities). The facilities are mediocre. No stand alone cage, no ring, limited number of bags etc. You are paying for being affiliated with a gym that has pros train at it. It’s very cliquey. Most of the pros probably went pro before they started training there. You are paying for the association but seeing few benefits. If you are a person with a busy schedule they will not accommodate. They are in it for the money. Of course.

Extremely flexible schedule, which is a huge plus for those with busy lifestyles. Classes for beginners, kids, women, and for the more advanced Jiu Jitsu practitioners. Conducive setting for the everyday Joe or Jane as well as for those who want to compete. Great place to train for sport and self defense.

    I can’t say enough good things about this place! Professor’s Sean and Teri provide very thorough instruction, making sure to take time with each student from complete beginner to advanced, to ensure that they are understanding and applying the techniques properly. The culture and family dynamic that is fostered makes everyone feel welcome and valued. They are also very centered around safety awareness and making sure that everyone goes home healthy to train another day.

    Love this place. If you are lucky enough to have grappled at many gyms then you will know this is an excellent place. The professors and coaches have always been kind to me. They have clear helpful instruction for new beginners during periods of instruction and experienced grapplers for all levels to practice with. Open mat is so great because of the tone that’s set at the beginning of the matches. You can pick who ever you want to roll with, you can say no at any time with out having to give a reason, and respect and safety are paramount. Literally all we ask for from each other. 5 star gym bar none.

    When I contacted the gym I was told that I can get a free week trial so I came in for a Monday morning class. That morning I decided to sign up because I knew right away that it was a gym I wanted to call home. The gym has a welcoming environment and all the professors and coaches provide quality instruction. They offer morning, lunch-time, and evening classes which makes it easy to attend a class if you have a busy schedule. Without a doubt the best gym in Colorado. 10/10 recommend!
