What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Nice restaurant on the strip at Paris. Streetwise can get views across the road of the fountains in Bellagio. Good here is good, I’ve been several times and would highly recommend it. It’s not cheap but it is quality. Presentation is flawless and the cocktails are always very much on-par. Table side suggestions from the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful and always happy to accommodate requirements from diners to deliver the very best experience. I can highly recommend asking about their specials that maybe available. On my last visit I had the beef Wellington and wow was it worth it. Prime beef wrapped in mushrooms and sealed in a beautiful pastry casing, cooked to perfection and served with a simple yet tasty gravy and vegetables. So good I talked about it to friends and even tried recreating it myself at home. Well worth a visit and a great place to take someone special or entertain customers or a team from work.

  2. Loved the food and ambience. It’s a semi formal set up. Staff is very courteous and on toes.
We tried egg Benedict and omelette with chicken sausage. Their coffee was in particular very good.
Poached eggs were perfect, not too runny neither too solid. Perfectly cooked.
This restaurant is always overbooked so I would suggest reservations in advance.

  3. Maybe the best cafe location on the whole strip. Amazing vibe, established and well mannered service. Prices quite steep but then the food items I ordered were really good too. I had the steak tartar and warm prawns dishes. Both really good. Insider tip is that you don’t need to order a warm baguette as they serve you complimentary as long as you are ordering food, with a really good butter mousse. I will definitely visit again, it’s a great venue.

  4. I would give this place 6 starts if I could! I was impressed by the exceptional customer service. friendly, and professional staff. Very efficient service, and the staff worked as a team to make sure all customers are happy.
We went there for brunch and the food and service was so good we went back again to try other things on the menu and enjoy it before leaving Las Vegas.
Oscar, William, and Morton, were AMAZING. thank you very much for your hospitality. We enjoyed the meal and our time here.
    Tips:
Make reservations if you want to be seated in the patio.

    Food:
I loved the French toast! Everything about this French toast was just right!
The egg Benedict was really good. We substituted bacon for mushrooms and it I guess it enhanced the taste 🤤
The mushroom soup was perfect! Morton suggested it and gave it try, and absolutely loved it!

    Will definitely go back!

  5. Loved this place so much we went twice. The first time I had the heirloom tomato salad with chicken. Super yummy. Sad we didn’t order the lobster appetizer as it looked so good. (You can make reservations online). We went back for breakfast. Hubby had waffles and I had the spinach goat cheese omelet. Great coffee. Delicious food.

What can I say about this place? That probably hasn’t already been said. First and foremost the elevator up is amazing it’s pretty cool to enter a restaurant through the kitchen. Once the elevator opens you get a glimpse of what it’s like in the kitchen for this restaurant that’s pretty fancy to me. The views are stunning once you sit down at your seat. And for the price of the food I have to say it was top notch but dinner was one of the best I’ve ever had. We both enjoyed our appetizers, entrees, drinks, and desserts. I had the lamb chops, and she had the Rossini. Paired with a good wine, Plus an appetizer of scallops. Along with an espresso martini and I had a couple old fashions. Yes you’re going to pay for the ambiance but it’s worth it at least once. But like I said it’s one of the best meals we’ve had bar none. Definitely should check it out.

Beautiful experience!! The view, the food, the service was all amazing. We started off with the sea scallops, then the garden salad w/ a sherry vinaigrette. We tried a couple of their cocktails… The Pain Killer & the Pink Velvet…both were good if you like fruity cocktails. Our entrees were the beef wellington and the roasted salmon, which we loved. We ended with their signature souffle dessert w/the caramel sauce… outstanding!!

The decor and design was very elegant. Very upscale restaurant with fantastic service. Very spacious and the view made it just that much more great. The view of the kitchen when you arrive was a surprise but you knew you were in for a elegant treat. Food was great, was disappointed in only getting 2 scallops on the entree but the flavor was great. All food was cooked to the perfect ordering style and the sauces complimented the all the wonderful foods. Definitely will go back.

This restaurant certainly lived up to the hype! Right from the start it was so unique to walk in and see the kitchen with the staff hard at work. The panoramic view of the strip and the Bellagio fountains was a lovely backdrop. The waitstaff were extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the menu and made suggestions that were perfect for us. The cuisine was fine dining at it’s best. The menu was very diverse and had options for everyone in our party even those with special dietary needs. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the decor was beautiful. We will certainly visit this restaurant in the future

Great experience here. We sat in the back but still had an incredible view. Food was wonderful – everything really came out perfect. Service was quick and our server was knowledgeable and friendly. Onion soup was legit! We did the grand marnier souffle – for a group of 3 it was gone in about two bites per person – but worth it – very tasty. Would definitely recommend – solid restaurant choice!

Very nice restaurant with great atmosphere. I had went in with the expectation that it was more dressy than casual, and was surprised by a lot of patrons dressed extremely casual. I did feel over dressed, but it was my birthday, so I went with it! The food was great! Everything was prepared well, delicious, and high quality. The service is where things fell off a bit. The server had been informed it was my birthday from the hostess (who was very sweet), however, the server kept addressing my cousin, saying happy birthday to her and even brought her a birthday dessert. When someone else in our party ordered a drink, the server told him he shouldn’t get it and brought him something else that he did not care for. And then brought out the wrong drinks to others in our party. All in all we had a good time and enjoyed the food.

We decided to come back to Bouchon for our anniversary brunch. It has been quite a while since our last visit. The food is as good as we remembered; quality and presentation standards definitely hold up to that of brasseries in France. Timing was well-paced, the wait staffs were attentive and overall a very pleasant experience. We especially liked the fact that the ambiance, decorative details and even wait staff uniforms reflect that of old-school French brasserie. What could have made our brunch more memorable would be if the hostesses could accommodate our request for window seating since there were several empty window-side tables during our visit, especially since we made note of special celebration on our reservation. Also, perhaps Bouchon should consider hostess uniforms (or perhaps provide hostess uniform allowances $) in keeping with the Keller empire’s brand.

We had booked our brunch at Bouchon’s well before getting to Vegas and was really looking forward to the experience. The ambiance of this restaurant is simply amazing. In all honesty the meal started off amazing, we ordered the pastry platter and wow, it was simply amazing. But that was the bright spot, don’t get me wrong the food wasn’t bad, it was good, based off what I had heard my expectation was high. We ordered a wide array of food and shared it. Next to the pastry the next best dish was the oysters. While the oysters were a bit pricey they were fresh and the accouterments were on point. Overall the main dishes deserved a 3 star rating but the pastries, 5 star all the way.

This was our second time at Bouchon, and it didn’t disappoint. We had the escargot, cheese board, chicken, steak, and lamb. All were wonderful. For dessert we had the profiteroles, sorbet, and orange chocolate brownie (excuse the lack of French). Again, all very tasty and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was nice with both casual and dressy diners.

Absolutely amazing from the moment we stepped in. The bread and pistachios were a nice touch and the butter was smooth and silky. I ordered the Steak Frites rare and it was cooked to perfection. My wife and daughter ordered chicken and it was expertly prepared. The staff was so attentive and knew just when to come over. Worth every penny!
