  1. I had a very good experience with this dental clinic. The procedures are painless. The staff have good communication. They explain everything and are very kind. They treat you like family. I have went to many dental clinics before but I haven’t seen a place like this. I would recommend this to everyone!

  2. My wife and I have been using this practice for awhile now, a couple years. This new location allows them to service a greater number of patients more effectively.

    She and I both got a filling today. I can’t pretend getting a filling is a good time, but the dentist made it as easy as can be possibly expected.

    Service at this practice is good and they do a great job reminding you about appointments ahead of time.

    I’m willing to give five stars because if they weren’t a five-star practice, I’d have found somewhere else to go a long time ago – anything medical, dental included, is worth discretion.

  3. I usually don’t do reviews on google, but I feel it is very needed. I am extremely disappointed. I recently had a root canal done in March as recommended by this clinic. After I got my root canal done, I called to let the person who schedule appointment know that I had gotten my root canal done. She pushed me off and pretty much said I needed to wait for insurance to give them a quote. I called later to schedule my “filling” just to come to the appointment surprised that it was a different tooth and not my root canal. It was recommended to get a permanent filling within 30 days of my root canal, at the time of this appointment. It had been 30 days. The provider gave me a temporary filling and mentioned that they will have billing contact insurance as soon as possible. I have not heard back and called the billing department, to which the answer was along the lines of “it was not in your notes that you need a filling for your root canal.” At this point, I think the team needs to do a better job at communicating in their system and amongst the team. It is now May and they are finally just going to contact my insurance. I will for sure not come back after my permanent filling is filled and will for sure to not recommend this clinic to anyone.

  4. I live on the East Side, and having such a great dental clinic nearby has been such a blessing. The staff are so cordial, kind, and professional. They have helped me overcome my fear of dentists.

    I have been going to the White Bear Ave location for 3 months now, and after having my initial consultation, a cleaning, extractions (!!), and now beginning the restorative process and getting new teeth, I am feeling so blessed and excited for the future.

    I owe so much to Clear Lakes Dental, and I cannot recommend them enough for anyone needing dental care. Dr. Latus is awesome, really knowledgeable, and so good. The assistants and hygienists are really friendly and helpful. The greeters and people manning the front desk are so kind and helpful, too.

    An all around great place, with great people.

  5. Went in to try and do a walk in but was pretty far in line for that so I booked an appointment for early the next week. Got a few texts reminding me of my appointment which was nice as I forget easily. Got their 15 min early like they recommend and they pulled me from the waiting area right on time. I was very embarrassed about the way my mouth looked and anxiety was thru the roof but the staff was top notch and made me feel calm and respected within a few minutes. They have state of the art equipment and were very thorough on getting my molds exactly perfect. I made an appointment for my full extraction and left feeling good about my experience. A few weeks later it was my appointment day and I was scared to death but once again they calmed me down and were very thoughtful and positive the whole time I was there. The job was done quicker than I thought possible and now I’m at home healing and happy about everything that went on and can’t wait to show off my new smile! Great team of great people and I highly recommend!

    I took my disabled mother here today for a dental emergency, (8-12 waiting period) she is highly afraid of dentists and unfortunately wasn’t blessed with the best teeth. Let me tell you she came out SMILING and GRATEFUL that the Dr. treated her so gently and understanding. I’m SO grateful for this office, when I went to pay they adjusted my bill and I broke down in my car as their kindness just hit me so deep, as I was waiting for my mother to get her extractions done. The Dr. also provided us with pointers for my mother’s upcoming appointment at the UofM to save money. Seriously, if I could give this office a billion stars, I would. Thank you so much for your superior customer service, patience, understanding and explanations. Literally phenomenal in every way. I’m so grateful, highly highly recommended. Just wow, amazing. Thank you.

    I’ve always dreaded coming to the dentist but once I started coming here I actually like it! Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable and professional. When I first came my teeth were in poor condition so I needed a couple days of deep cleaning, which was painless and effective. They kindly educated me on proper dental hygiene and warned me of the negative effects it can lead to down the road. Now my teeth are in great condition! You can tell when you come here they truly care about their patients. Highly recommended!!

    I had to do an emergency walk in because my wisdom tooth is hurting and i needed a referral. Receptionist were nice, assistant and doctor were nice. They got all the fancy gadgets and gizmos. Thank you very much, also parking is tight.

    I had a very pleasant experience today. I have a fear of dentist from when I was a child, I had a very sadistic dentist. And just the mention of a dentist will freak me out. But today every one from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist were extremely polite and very gentle. I think I am going to like it here. The office was nice and clean and they had the most modern equipment. The dentist could have replaced all of my old fillings, just to make a few dollars, but instead he told me that would not be necessary, or cost effective. He would instead just only take care of the ones that need attention. It appeared the the dentist was training the girl that assisted him. I was very impressed by how patient he was with her. Also, my appointment was not rushed. They took as much time as was needed. I like that. I felt like I was actually a person, not just a number. I am very impressed😀

    I have been coming here for years before nww owners came and so far my experience has been great. The most work I have had done was getting two wisdom teeth pulled on separate occasions. The first time I think it took five minutes and the dentist literally pulled it out with his hand. The second time took longer as expected, but was painless and still only took 30 or so minutes. Overall I highly recommend Highgrove for a dentist!

    I went to Highgrove Dental Care after an experience with a previous dentist that left me shaken. I specifically looked for a place that works well with people. I was not disappointed at Highgrove. Every step of the way, with Dr. Jadilyn and all staff I have encountered have shown nothing but professionalism, compassion, and respect in their interactions with me. As a patient, I particularly appreciated the way Dr. Jadilyn breaks down and communicates what she is doing and what the situation is, while providing opportunities for the patient to communicate their needs. Even when undergoing unpleasant procedures, I felt comfortable because of this approach to care. This is how I want anyone to be treated in a healthcare setting and I recommend Highgrove Dental Care to anyone looking for a dentist!
