  1. This office has been great so far! I appreciate the level of service and care provided by the Doctor and all the practitioners like Nani. The front office staff is super friendly and is also there to answer any and all questions you may have.

    I particularly liked how attune to your comfort the doctor is. I went in for a deep cleaning and she listened closely anytime I would signal that there was too much pressure, or that I felt sensitivity. It really made me feel safe, as a person who generally has tons of anxiety towards dental work. Definitely recommend so far 🙂

    That being said, the doctor was nice and courteous, but when it came down to the person Leila that goes over your insurance, the payments, and appointments she was kind of pushy, she focus on everything
    but what you come in for.

  3. Soooo glad I switched to a new dental provider and found Dr. Pham with Northern Edge Dentistry. The environment and ambiance is amazing. It does not feel, sound or smell like a typical dental office.The lobby decor is chic and modern and oh how I love the music playlist, it’s such a vibe that was soothing to my nerves. The staff is amazing so pleasant, friendly and professional. Northern Edge really takes the measures and protocol for their patients safety, comfort and overall dental health. Thank you to Dr. Pham, Ruben, Kristine, Leila and Izzy!!

  4. Had my first visit here at this dental office and so far so good! I had Summer as my assistant and she was very nice, thorough, and attentive! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front desk and was checked in immediately. No wait time. Dr was super informative and listened to all my concerns. Also super friendly! Excited for future visits!

  5. I’m not a huge fan of the Dentist, but coming to this office made me feel a lot more relaxed and comfortable. You can also watch tv while you’re getting work too which is very nice. The staff here is very nice and have really good bed side manners. They all seem very knowledgeable.

    By far one of the best dental experiences ever with Dr Gallegos. She was very nice, educational and laid out all my options and outcomes with my treatment plan. Everyone at the front desk especially Todd are very nice and helpful as well. I had two crowns and a filling done so far and felt no pain at all not even when receiving the numbing medication which I think is the worst part. 10/10 would recommend . Office is very clean & well kept and very welcoming

    Very friendly staff and attentive to my needs. The dental hygienist listens and ask if there’s concern and did a fast but efficient job. Dr. Shari is great with patients, gentle and not much explaining to do because she knows already what exactly needs to be done. I recommended my friend and it ends up become his new dental place. Also, the place is clean and most of their equipments are still in good condition and looks new.

    My kids and I have been coming here for almost 4 years now. Although we moved 30 minutes away, I don’t mind driving here because the whole staff are great! Dr. Gallegos is awesome! She’s done quite a bit of work on me and is very thorough. If she’s not content on her work she will keep working on it until she knows it’s done right and verify with me. I love the she does quality work!

    I would give 6 stars if I could! The receptionists were super helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and tidy. The dentist and hygienists were very professional, extremely efficient and incredibly considerate. I’m so happy I found such a great and caring office to take care of my teeth. Highly recommend to anyone.

    I have been to this office twice and both times have been a great experience. The whole staff is so friendly and welcoming, they explained everything to me in detail (from my x-rays to estimates at the end of the visit) and I didn’t have to wait a long time to be brought back for my appointment. I’ve had some very bad experiences with other offices in the area and I’m so glad I found this one!!

    The location is very convenient, it is a clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff is professional and friendly from the moment you walk in the door until you meet with a dentist. Tela was extremely helpful as were the other front desk personnel. I sadly don’t know all their names but they were very helpful explaining the prices and what my insurance would cover and very eager to help. I would definitely recommend this location.

    The staff are amazing here. Front desk is always so polite and handles your needs very well and in a timely manner. I got my dentures sized and made in a very quick time. And they were super friendly. The dental office is always clean and smells nice. Thank you for my new teeth. I definately will keep this office as my dental office

    I can’t say enough good things about this place. As someone who is scared of the dentist they always make me feel comfortable and in good hands. They worked with me on scheduling, billing, and making sure all my problems were fixed/being fixed. They didnt try to push unnecessary procedures on me like places in the past. They went out of their way to get me better prices to make sure I could get the proper care I needed. I am also never waiting long to get in like some places. I’m usually in a chair within 5 minutes of arriving. All of their staff is super friendly and cares about the patients too.

    Had deep cleaning that wasn’t authorized on June 17 2022. Last cleaning was done July 2021 and they are authorized every 2 years. Customer service rep didn’t verify,lied and said all was verified. Now they expect me to pay $624. Will not. Got a bill for the deep cleaning November 2022. Your loss because I will not pay for your failure to do your job. Your area manager doesn’t respond.

    The 1st visit was good. The 2nd visit was terrible! The hygienist girl had an attitude and was brushing my teeth so fast my teeth started heating up. When I asked her to stop and told her why.. she tried to argue with me that she didn’t have an attitude. I told the dentist and basically he ignored me and said it will be OK. So I notified the manager and she said she would take care of it… all of that and I paid $500 towards my service. I could have went somewhere else for that! Sorely disappointed.
