  1. The staff is professional and friendly. A staff member was very understanding and reassuring when I became lost while traveling to the facility. She remained on the phone, providing directions, and she came outside to guide me into the parking lot. During the appointment, staff were willing to answer questions and repeat information to ensure my understanding of procedures and terms. The staff interacted well with each other in front of patients.

  2. Heard great things about this place and made an appointment for my teenage son to have his wisdom teeth extracted. Everything went amazing up until the day after his surgery. My son developed an infection after having the teeth removed, I called the office to speak with the doctor about the situation and was informed That they don’t handle anything once the procedure is done. I was told that I had to take my son to the emergency room if there was any problems because they don’t deal with them. After many phone calls I was giving a phone number for the doctor that did the surgery, when I called this number there was no answer and the voicemail had no information about who I was calling. I left six messages and never received a call back. I would highly suggest another oral surgeon for anybody, so you aren’t left with major problems they won’t address at all. Once they receive the money for the service, they didn’t wanna deal with me anymore. When I arrived at the emergency room with my son, the staff were shocked that the doctor would not address the problem. Two separate nurses at Lancaster emergency department told me this was common for this place.

  3. Dr James Orthodontist is wonderful!!! My daughter had to get braces and also 2 oral surgeries to do an expose and bond on her front tooth, he was so patient with her and knew how to treat this type of issue. She is finally out of braces and her smile is wonderful!! Highly recommend him!!

  4. I received awesome treatment at this dental office, which handled my tooth implant surgery. They got me in immediately to extract my infected tooth, after I couldn’t get an appointment with other dentists. Everyone was super helpful in getting my appointments scheduled and answering my questions. Dr. Chung did a wonderful job finishing my implant. The crown is just the right color, fits perfectly, and feels great.

  5. This is more like 4.5 stars. After searching for a specialist (or really anyone comfortable in their work) for a root canal for an adult tooth on a child, I was finally recommended here. And yes, I made appointments in other states as well because it was impossible. Scheduling was friendly and easy. The appointment itself was great. They explained what each step was and why certain things happen. Answered every question and wow…super kind to my kid. Naomi was the assistant for the process and she was fabulous. What a gentle, sweet soothing person. I was allowed to be with my kid and hold her hand the whole time. Billing was easy. The only reason I took 1/2 star was because the explanation of the campus of buildings and offices to find the correct one could have been better (or more than just the address). It’s huge and everything says Smilebuilderz. We went to 3 different spots before we found the correct place.The other reason was because we confirmed out appointment via phone but it wasn’t updated and received the message via text to confirm. Not a big deal unless they gave away our appt. This location is far, but the work they did was great and I am considering changing to their practice.

    I went tonight for an emergency appointment. The office was amazing. From the front desk to the Dr. I have zero complaints. All the staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable. They helped lower my dental anxiety and the visit was painless. I absolutely recommend the office to anyone. I am so glad they fit me in and where nice about me taking time out from the already made schedule. Much appreciated.

    I had an emergency and I don’t like the dentist but everyone at Smilebuilderz was friendly and helpful. I was very well taken care of. Shout out to Megan Rivera for being with me the whole way through the process and being informative as well as keeping me calm. She made the experience bearable. Kudos also to Katrina for working diligently to give me a temporary tooth! And thanks to Dr. Magee and Judy for being non judgmental and getting me started being able to go back to the dentist.

    By far the best dental experience I have ever had, I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment with a different doctor since I was in pain, and it turned out to be my best visit ever. My assistant Paris was so amazing at keeping me company and answering all of my questions, also very good at distracting for the numbing. I saw Dr.Lin and she didn’t fail to amaze me, she made sure I was okay throughout the whole procedure and she kept me comfortable the whole time, it was very quick and sufficient. I am very happy with my experience today!

    So far I had a good experience. It did take a while to get an appointment, but I think it is very hard to find a dentist that can see you for the first time in a timely manner. I do like you have a dental assistant who is with you throughout your time there and explaining everything. Shout out to Eliot. The dentist is very kind and relatable. The hygienist is also lovely and nonjudgmental. One thing I wish was that the first visit include a cleaning. It is hard for me to find child care and if I can get everything done in one visit, I would prefer that. Update: I just had my cleaning this past Saturday. I did not like my hygienist. She has a very aggressive and condescending attitude. While I appreciated the time she took to teach me how i have been brushing my teeth and flossing incorrectly for 30 plus years, she only spent about 20 minutes roughly “cleaning” my teeth. I am not sure why she was so mad at me and my teeth. In the end, I have a blood blister on the roof of my mouth (her nail slammed up there when she was flossing my teeth) and my teeth still have plaque on them. I can still see and feel the calcification on my teeth. I want to give them another chance since getting a dentist in this area is tough. I requested a different hygienist for next time. It does make me nervous for my filling replacement, but as long as the dentist does that and I don’t ever see Barbara again. We will be good. My sensitive soul will have a melt down if we meet again.

    Billed for 3 fillings, only received 2 fillings. Also had an erupted wisdom tooth. Our consult was cancelled due to scheduling. While I understand the dentist who did the fillings doesn’t do extractions, it was clear that my son was in pain and they should have prioritized his needs. If his dentist couldn’t do the extraction, I am sure someone in the practice could’ve taken care of him. He was seen in Oct and was told his wisdom teeth needed to be taken out asap. I am in disbelief that they would allow a patient to leave the practice in such pain and not have taken any kind of measure. Thankfully I got him right into my dentist and they extracted it immediately. And the dentist who does extractions was off and came in and did it. That’s how you should treat patients. Myself and my son will no longer be a part of your practice. I had my own issue with your practice when I went in for a tooth ache and they extracted the wrong tooth. Poor practice!!!

    Elite Dental , I had a wonderful experience at Elite Dental during my recent visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and caring, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in.     Was seen in the office yesterday. By the dentist it was great the hygienist was wonderful and the person that did my filling excellent!! I was so thankful and grateful that the dentist was able to fit me in when I came in for an emergency filling to do a cleaning also I would recommend going here after my first experience. And also the front staff was very helpful and getting my records it took a little while to have my records transferred but that was mainly because of the office that I was getting the records from. Only downside it’s hard to get a hold of them on the phone. Because her office is very busy
