What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. It is my first time, it took an little while to see the doctor. My observation were very pleasant to see your staff in action. They are very friendly. The interaction between your staff and pt are great. I thinking bringing my family to your office. Just one comen, you need to keep your customers very happy, I walk in and I forgot my mask and I ask the receptionist for one. Her reply was very upsetting She said I will give you one, However, the mask are for the patients. Well, I am a patient. In your front door you have an sign it says face mask required. If the pt do not have one, the office should be curtiese to offer you one. Whit any negative comments. I work in Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank. I will never denied a mask to an patient.
    Thank you very much

  2. So I had two root canals done and Dr.Mark was great. The procedure went by like a breeze didn’t even feel pain at all and I thought it was gonna be killer. This office has good and friendly people working there and they’ll help you pretty fast. If I ever need another visit to the dentist this is the first place I’ll go. Thank you Dr. Mark!! So glad to be without pain anymore.

  3. When this appointment was booked for my 6 year old daughter I was told she needed work on a cavity, cleaning & a few baby teeth extractions. Came to find out after her procedures got done (because my husband took her) as I couldn’t miss work. The extractions never happened.
I went into the office to ask why? and after whoever helped me (I saw no name tag!) btw she took her sweet time after the lady in the desk called her over (going thee the mail) since she couldn’t read what was in the computer.
I was told she saw the paper work for the extractions but never got submitted or given to the Dentist! So disappointed, your employees need better training!
When it comes to working the front desk and submitting the right paper work !
Now my child most like will get sedated again.

  4. It was way too slow. I was waiting a very long time for the dentist just to give me my tooth x ray results and then even longer for her to start working on one tooth. Then I still didn’t even ever get the mouth cleaning. And on top of that I had a terrible reaction to the numbing agent the dentist put in me. At the end nothing got done. No cavities were even filled either. Not happy at all. This all took hours too for nothing to even get done. And this wasn’t the first time something like this happened either. This whole wait thing happens every time. The last time I went I was literally waiting for 5 hours and they still had never given me my tooth x ray results. So I just got up and left. And the time before that I was literally waiting in the lobby for 2 whole hours just for them to send me home saying I nobody could help me that day even though I clearly had a set appointment and I came on time. What a terrible place this is. Nothing ever got done whenever I’ve went despite my efforts to keep giving them a chance. This is not a good dentist at all. I regret ever going to them. They make you wait hours and hours even though you have a set appointment with them. They don’t get their timing right at all. I will be switching to another company very soon

  5. I’ve seen multiple dentists here and they have all been great. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and make you feel comfortable. During my most recent visit they were very quick and efficient. I’m pleased with the results.

All in all bad experience every time I’ve come. My bite hasn’t been back to comfortable since I let them touch my teeth. Today, I drove 2 hours to get here just hoping to finally get these things settled just for them to call me and say the doctor is not in today. I would be very fine with that had they not of LIED! My girlfriend goes to the same dentist, and had an appointment the same day, and the doctor that they lied and said didn’t come in is currently working on her as I type this in the parking lot of Western Dental. I won’t be returning as I lost trust for the integrity and truthfulness of this place.

Checked in 10 minutes early. Waited over 30 minutes for them to cancel my appointment by claiming the equipment they needed to do my son’s services wasn’t available. I take it as a blessing, however, after reading all these reviews. I’m glad they never got to work on my son’s teeth. We will be going elsewhere.

I came in for my gums the 1st time. They talked me into the treatment which was +$3000 dollars and recommended or my “gum health may worsen and you may lose all your teeth”. I agreed. I signed up for the payment of gum treatment that same visit and had my teeth measured for a teeth cast. Later on, I did my research and my gum issue could have been resolved with a way cheaper alternative. Then I wanted wisdom teeth refills here and was told it was $700 per tooth. Meanwhile google says it’s cost in California is $50-200 per tooth. The nurse is rude especially the latina, glass ponytail, fake butterfly eyelashes one. She just looks at you and talks to you like she hates her job and you. Maybe that’s just her personality but she definitely doesn’t make you feel good. Don’t come here.

Horrible service: I went 3 times trying to get a simple cleaning, and yet all thar was done was x-rays. The back office has no idea what the front office is scheduling for. You would think they would be more organized considering they have electronic charts. They need to stop and read your chart instead of asking patients what’s the reason for the visit.

Every time I come here, it’s like a horrible fever dream. They make you an appointment, confirm your appointment through text and phone call, then you show up early to your appointment only to sit and be ignored for 33 minutes past your appointment. Not to mention they have inappropriate financial discussions with minor children. I paid off my kids braces, because of their fecklessness and high turn over rate of staff. Now they are telling my child that I have to pay more!! Not one time has the orthodontist called me, spoken to me, emailed me..nothing!! The front office staff is unprofessional and incompetent. I know so many people like myself don’t have a choice but to come here, but if you do have a choice…PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This is my first time at this dental clinic and my experience was absolutely outstanding in a good way. All the staff is well trained, from the receptionist to the two specialist doctors that took the time to neatly explain to me what needed to be done and the challenges that possibly may incur in. They made me well aware of all my options and yes, the urgency that I need to treat my infection as it will ultimately hurt my heart directly. The two doctors treated me with respect, dignity and care. For these reasons and many more, I highly recommend anyone to get treatment here and nowhere else. Also because they have all the equipment in house instead of being sent somewhere else to do other test. I am happy and glad I was referred to this great clinic. I’m only being honest and sincere in posting my true experience. Thank you

My first visit I was given and estimate for the four fillings. I decided to get two done at a time, so naturally I made my first appointment to get the first two done. Keeping mind the receptionist that helped me confirmed before and after my appointment that I was having two teeth worked on. As I’m sitting in the chair waiting to get my work done I can hear the dentist (this is not the dentist I saw originally) argue with the assistant on whether I’m having two teeth done or just one. Well apparently the dentist didn’t feel like working on two of my teeth and matter of factly tells me that she would only be working on one and that the other three should be kept under observation as an excuse not to do the work. This kind of irritates me, but I already left work early so I might as well get it done and come back for the other three. She told the receptionist to make me another appointment so the original dentist I saw can look again to see if I actually need the other three fillings…this place is unprofessional and the dentists arnt very friendly. What I don’t understand is why would I be given and estimate for the four teeth if I only needed one filling? And honestly if I have the cavities don’t I need the fillings? I’m not suprised at all the reviews saying these people are money hungry because I got that vibe my first time visiting but shook it off. I don’t believe Ill be coming back .

Over pricing… they took 50 dollars. I didn’t know I was being charged for wanted me to pay over 900.00 for a tooth extraction 250 was for a special x ray of the took.. stated I needed a bone graft and I didn’t… i had to tell the dentist and insist that it checked out an other portion of my mouth because it hurted. He really didn’t want to take the time. I went in there with pain paid 50 for x-rays and left in pain

The assistant in bergendy that’s tall Mexican girl doesn’t know anything about customer service nor does she help patients. She doesn’t even care about the patient which is the whole point of working a job which involves others. Dr saidara is fine, I didnt have a single cavity there. Just be cautious a little and you will be fine. I’m always tough in that area so don’t ask me for anything answer is no way. I like the video screen and x rays machine was super cool. They refer if you need invisalign specifically. I think regular braces are a little more affordable with financing option.
