What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. To be very honest… I love this place! The location is close by the mall. It was so clean inside. It smelt fully sanitized. The staff was friendly and respectful. They made me feel absolutely comfortable even though I was a tad scared. The end result was satisfying. I am truly excited about how far they plan to go to give me that perfect smile. I’m so ready for my next appointment. Thanks Staff! See you all soon.

  2. Let me tell you about my experience….
Went in today to get a CLEANING, nothing more. My appointment was at 2 pm and because I didn’t confirm a day prior they gave my appointment away, even though I confirmed my appointment at 8 am this morning and had this appointment set for two months. Alisha Garcia decided to come and talk to me to, I guess help me understand how it makes sense they gave my appointment away. I signed a policy TWO YEARS ago about confirming the day yet that was two years ago. Then I told her to print my records I won’t be coming back and she replied “awesome!” No attempt to fit me in even though It was MY appointment to begin with. Extremely unprofessional. I haven’t ever made a review because I am understanding but to treat someone like moving my appointment is not a complete inconvenience is a problem with me.

  3. I have been coming here for a few years now and today was one of my best experiences yet. Although I was going to the same hygienist who was good I was seen by another lady today. Mrs. Yang. It definitely makes a difference on coming to the dentist when you know they care about how you feel about your teeth. Before I came in today I wasn’t really excited about it lol I mean who really is ever excited. Especially for what visit I come for. Needless to say Ms. Yang made me feel comfortable, she talked to me through everything she did, she wasn’t rough, she checked on me thoroughly because I told her my left side is a little sensitive and she was very kind and understanding. I felt very comfortable about talking to her about my teeth/gums. I’m glad I got to be her patient today and I look forward to more to come.

  4. What an amazing experience. I wasn’t a patient there and they accepted me and treated me the same day I called! From phone call to exam to tooth pulled in less than three hours… With excellent service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing emergency treatment and for anyone looking for a dental home.

  5. It’s always a pleasure receiving care from O2 Dental! I’m pleased every time! I forgot my last hygienist name because they don’t typically assign you a doctor and hygienist unless you request. I’m assuming. But my last hygienist and doctor was awesome! I’m horrible with names but she was great and fun! The hygienist before my last cleaning name is Yang! I believe. She’s amazingly skilled in both cleaning, caring, and patient interaction! I was bummed at first when they gave me to another hygienist. However, she was fun off the back so I chose to take a chance and I was thoroughly pleased! Thank you O2 Dental and thank you to your sister pediatric dentist, Dino Kids! They’re great too! Very clean and fun! 🤷🏾‍♀️

I had an appointment at 5:30pm and I got Hygienist Kimberly Brooks, I should have known she was going to be amazing from our introduction she saw a little boy trying to get the fridge open and asked him if he needed help. She took me back for a deep cleaning and all I can say is Amazing. She started without numbing me no shot or nothing. She then proceeded to clean my teeth, when I say it was the most comfortable experience ( and who can say that coming to the dentist) she took care of me and gave me some pointers. It very rare that you find someone who cares. That was the best experience and out of there in less than 30 minutes. In my 36 years that was the best cleaning I have had at a dentist office. I will request you ever time if possible

Although this was my consultation, I truly did have a decent experience. I didn’t feel mislead or like nothing was being explained to me. I got numerous reminders prior to my appointment, and when I got there, I was in and out after signing paper work. I can’t wait to return in 6 months for my cleaning and to get some work done! Lovely business and employees!

I had a bad customer service from an employee named Danielle, lack of professionalism when treating customers as they arrive at the office to register for some kind of service. When I got there she did not greet me and after couple minutes she stated that she was very busy, so I understood and give her plenty of time to take care of me. After waiting for almost 10min., I had to ask to the girl next to her, if she could check me in and she was delightful to help. Danielle, had a bad attitude and she did not delivered any customer service whatsoever. While I am in the waiting room, I overheard how the the nice girl next to her ask her for help to take care of an insurance inquiry I had, and her response was rudely “He needs to wait because I cannot help him now, because I am busy” However, she was having plenty of time doing nothing else than highlighting paperwork and not even answer phone calls. I was looking at her to see what she was doing, because I knew she simply did not want to help. To me that kind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE! Even having people on the phone, as a front desk representative you take care of the patient in front of you first, it is called being MULTITASK. I talked to the nurse and let her know about the situation, which the nurse indicates that she has already had several reports with different patients due to her rudeness and bad behavior with patients. If this is true I would recommend to have a manager escalate the situation and coach her to what her work etiquette and tasks are, so she can last in her position only if she really cares about her job. I have worked as a bank manager for 10 years and I know what it’s like to deal with customer service. The administration or owners of this dentist office should take immediate action on this matter since the person is a repeat offender. The situation occurred on January 27, 2023 at 3:30 pm. All in all my sister introduced me to this office and besides this situation with Danielle, everyone else from Doctors, Billing, Manager, and the rest of the staff they always have been terrific!

I had such a great experience. Everyone I came across was so polite and attentive, from the front staff to the hygienist. The environment is clean and inviting, I even enjoyed the music. So happy I decided to go here, I completely recommend.

Office dirty. Long wait in line even for appointments. Front staff rude. Canceled us due to their own inefficiency.

I had no choice but to take my son to this place because he chipped his front crown that his previous dentist put on him. his dentist no longer excepts pediatrics so I went to the first place that excepts walk ins. it started off fine, but when Dr Hall finished, I looked at my son’s mouth and that’s when I saw a brown crown on his tooth ! while his other teeth are obviously white. I expressed my concerns and was not given an explanation as to why the new cap was not color matched. My son is five years old. He just started kindergarten and he has the most beautiful smile of any little boy know. He was terrified to even go to the dentist and they hurt him while doing the procedure just for him to come out of the chair with a discolored tooth. Now I have to take my frightened son to a new dentist to have his crown redone again ! I will never go back to day and night.

I broke a tooth and found that Day & NightFamily Dental was open on a holiday weekend. I walked in and was seen quickly. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I saw Dr Miller who diagnosed the problem after taking X-rays. I had no option other than to have the tooth extracted. The dentist was assuring and had a great sense of humor, putting me at ease. I was in and out within 3 hours. The procedure was rather painless. I would highly recommend this practice.

I can’t remember his name, but my prescriptions say Craig Miller, so I’m hoping that he’s the one. Whomever did my procedure today was awesome! He was so kind, and really great about communicating with me throughout the procedures. My anxiety was high going into it because of my pain level, but he and his nurse were so kind and helpful that it made everything much easier to tolerate! Thank you SO much for helping me, and working with me, to get out of the extreme pain that I was in. I appreciate it more than you know!

We were away from home staying in a hotel during the widespread Moore county power outage. My broken tooth started given me a lot of trouble and was very painful which obviously was the last thing we needed. All of the dental offices were booked out for months and I was recommended this dental practice that offered walk in care. I’m so beyond pleased with my experience!! They got me in and out within two hours, everyone was professional and kind from start to finish, and they ended up removing my tooth which is exactly what I was hoping for. I’m so thankful they were all there and made my experience easy during what was an already stressful time. Definitely recommend!
