  1. They were great! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and was expecting backlash but got absolutely none. Everything seemed almost futuristic! I dont want to call her this, because she was amazing, but the front desk lady was so helpful, she even got ahold of my insurance for me to see what was covered. Great staff and experience!

My experience here was great!I was in excruciating pain with a tooth that needed to be extracted and another one that needed a root canal.The staff was all very friendly and welcoming, they seemed to all work amazing together.Dr.Seth Dunne was very professional and thorough.I definitely will be back again.

  4. Everyone hates going to the dentist but this was the best experience I’ve had. All the staff was super friendly, welcoming & helped guide me to getting back on track with my dental health. So thankful a friend recommended me & I would definitely recommend others as well!

    Called them today to see if my husband could have a tooth pulled he is in major pain. Asked how much money I will need to send with him for this. They said $95 for the exam and x-rays and approximately 500 to have a tooth pulled she could not tell me any better price and said that he needed to have with him $595. No dentist in town charges $600 to have a tooth pulled. What kind of rip off is this place?

    I was so glad to find an open dentist on the weekend. I was in a lot of pain. They helped me out perfectly. Polite staff. Helpful. Explains things. Professional. I’m very thankful to them. Also a decent price.

    Front desk rep was professional. Dentist and assistant were both awesome. I waited a while, but they were busy and treated everyone (including me) with care. I’m really glad I picked this place to have my tooth pulled. They explained everything to me and really made me feel at ease.

    Fantastic people all around! Caring and considerate. They’re hilarious and make the experience as easy as possible. The doc I saw was absolutely phenomenal. Teeth are no joke but they made it as positive as possible.

    They got me in early to my appointment and dealt with my excruciatingly painful tooth. Thank God it feels better. The staff and dentist were great and price was reasonable. I will definitely refer friends here if needed.

    I was waiting at the door at open on the Friday before their long weekend like it was Olive Garden on Black Friday. The people up front were able to work their magic and get me in without an appointment. All of them had fantastic smiles. I hadn’t been to the dentist for 15+ years and I was in a lot of pain so I was nervous and anxious. They made me feel at home, diagnosed my pain, and set me up for success. Dr. Fatah was really great with me and was really smooth you could tell. The hygienist explained everything perfectly. No problem with my insurance. Payment and treatment plan process was smooth. Got some awesome electric tooth brushes.

    Front desk staff could use some work. Procedures complete were great and no issues there. Be prepared to deal with backlash from the insurance department as there is a tendency for incorrect insurances to be billed and having to pay out of pocket for expenses that should have been covered if the correct insurance was properly taken care of. Overall, I will probably be outsourcing to another dental office and removing my family members from here, but again the procedures weren’t bad. The rest of the staff however, need a lot of work.

    Exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful. I had to make an appointment on an emergency basis due to rather intense pain, and they were able to get me in the next day. The staff were all very nice, guided me through the process and happily answered all of my questions. I was prescribed some antibiotics, and when the prescription for some reason didn’t arrive to the pharmacy, I just called them and they had it cleared up in minutes. I’ve often been worried about visiting dentists because I know how self-destructive my dental habits have been in the past, and I was always worried about being lectured or judged, but none of the staff gave me a sense of being judgemental in any way. Exceptional visit overall, and as soon as I get access to full and proper dental insurance, I will definitely be visiting more often.

    Aspen Dental, Is like home to me. Dr. Fatah is amazing, professional and committed to helping you in the best way possible. The assistants are wonderful. Karen, took my x-ray today. She is a wonderful, sweet and kind dental assistant. It’s a fun and wholesome environment, and I am so glad I can depend on them when I’m in need. Aspen Dentals main goal is to meet your teeth goals/needs, they strive to work the best they can, and take the best care of YOU. They are personable, determined and caring. Keiry is fantastic, she works the absolute hardest to ensure you are taken care. She is passionate in her work, and she has the most beautiful personality. The most welcoming smile EVER. Don’t just go to Aspen for the Dentist. Go, if you want to find a home away from home

    I am definitely done with aspen dental for all time! I had an emergency, my tooth broke and I was in severe pain when I called them to make an appointment and regardless of the fact that it was an emergency, they did not want to see me that day but the next day, but without guarantees that they would be able to do anything! and on top of that, since I haven’t been to them for more than 6 months (even though they have my history), they wanted to do everything from scratch even though it’s an emergency and I’ve been their patient for a long time. People warned me that they were only there for money, but I didn’t listen! lesson learned
