Doctor and her assistant were amazing and did a really good job.the receptionist who help me to check in was wonderful.

  3. I would give Dr. Peng 5,000 stars if I could! 😉 It is Labor Day weekend as I write this. I had a very old root canal fail this week and I tried calling over 20 dentists on Friday to see if anyone could fit me in. Dr. Peng was the only one who could. ISmile was open on Saturday (today). By the time I got to the office, I was in so much pain I thought was going to pass out. I needed an emergency extraction and Dr. Peng and her team were able to talk me through everything. I am feeling so much better this afternoon. I cannot imagine what would have happened if I had to wait until Tuesday. I’m planning to come to iSmile as my regular dentist from now on. Thank you, Dr. Peng and everyone who helped me today.

  5. It is nice that this clinic is in the OSU student health insurance network. I had my first visit last year for a cleaning, the staffs are welcoming, and the works are very efficient. This is the place for me to do my routine cleaning now.

    My first time going in was a walk in to find out if my teeth needed fill ins or a crown. Everyone was respectful and compassionate. They understood my fear of dentist even as me being an adult. I had to make another appointment to get the fill ins done which is absolutely understandable because no one should always expect to have certain dental care done that same day. I had my fill ins done today, the dentist assistant was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable and the dentist himself was very patient with me and made sure throughout the entire procedure that I was comfortable and wasn’t in any pain. Definitely would recommend anyone to go here if they need dental care. And for those who complained, I have no idea what would honestly make you upset at a dental care, seems like a personal problem.     I can do nothing but sing the praises of this office. Dr Huber and the whole staff are incredible. I have gone here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else, no matter what my appointment is for they always take such good care of me and my family. Dr Huber is such a wonderful dentist, he cares for his patients and is always so kind and willing to do whatever it takes for his patients to get the treatment they need.

    After spending many months on a waiting list at another clinic I decided to try other avenues to fix my broken teeth. They squeezed me in within a week. We planned the course of action and today I had my 1st appointment to fix one of the broken teeth. Easy. Unfortunately, the tooth was in need of a root canal, which was my fear. The doctor explained everything patiently and with compassion. He continued to check on me and my comfort level and also my emotional state throughout the whole procedure. The procedure was totally painless, all of my fear and anxiety for nothing. Dr. Erickson is amazing. I actually look forward to my next dental appointment. My only regret is not finding a dentist like him sooner. Side note: I love that the clinic texts you multiple times enabling you to confirm or cancel your appointment if need be. They even confirm the day before your appointment!

    I have a borderline phobia of dentistry. This place was amazing. I had Dr. Erickson extract a bad wisdom tooth. He was very informative and solution oriented. He gave me an exam and laid out things that needed to be done and things that can wait. The tooth extraction took a few minutes and was oddly painless. If you have a fear of getting teeth removed, fear no more! Dr. Erickson takes amazing care. Would highly recommend! To that the pricing was extremely affordable. Tooth extraction ran 189$. Extremely happy with my visit!

    Amazing staff, and dentists. Super friendly. They genuinely cared and made me feel so comfortable. They were also upfront with the costs of everything. So there were no surprises or hidden fees.     From the second you walk in you feel welcome. With April and Cait at the front desk ready to check you in and make sure all your information is correct. Then Chelsea and Alla were a team on welcoming me back to my chair and taking my X-rays quickly and painless! Lindsay was my amazing hygienist. She was so careful and made my teeth feel so clean. I personally usually have Kate or Lindsay as my hygienist and they are truly the best!!!! Lastly but absolutely not least Dr. Laura came in to finish with my exam. She answered all my questions. Dr. Laura is very knowledgeable and has the best chair side manners!!!

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My boyfriend was in miserable pain. After a horrific morning with another dental place, I called them. The lady (not sure of her name) who answered was INCREDIBLE, understanding and sympathetic to our issue. They got him in the same morning. He was incredibly happy with everyone there. Thanks so much for taking a horrible and painful day and making it amazing!

    Great welcoming service. My son needed an emergency visit and they got us in before the end to be examined and have xrays. Gave me the reassurance we needed he did not have major damage from a sports event. Terry and April were amazing at the front desk. So welcoming and Terry set up the appointment so quickly as she heard the concern in my voice. Chelsea and Dr. Laura were both amazing in the back giving us quick and concise assessments.

    Called to inquire about a root canal and crown. Was able to get a same day appointment to get crown work started. Dr. Laura was wonderful. All the staff members I encountered were phenomenal. Makes going to the dentist that much better♥️
