I came in with a broken front tooth, which is not an easy fix or color match to make with a veneer/crown. They set me up with a custom color match at a local dental lab (the week of my initial appointment with Doctor Dasher), and they expedited the rest of my appointments (with not just the temporary, but also with the permanent veneer/crown). The color match and procedure were as close to perfect as you could hope for. I am very grateful for all of the staff and with the outcome. I smile with confidence now and will stay a patient of this practice! Thank you, Asheville Dental team! Have been to a few different ones since moving to Asheville and first visit here I knew I’d be staying with them, even though my insurance wasn’t accepted. Decided to get their yearly plan instead which was super affordable. The energy is always positive and even with 6 months between cleanings it’s like you walk in and just saw them yesterday, they really show they care and make you feel welcome. They are compassionate, sensitive, considerate, and darn good at what they each do. I have neglected my dental care the past 5 years and as a result, I have 2 get numerous fillings and 2 root canals but never once did they make me feel bad about it. They have shown compassionate and understanding and I value how transparent & informative they are with every step they take with my care. I have been living with pain for at least 6 months and fairly intense pain the past month but in just 3 appts with them the past 2 days, I have amazing relief, constant headache & ear pain have subsided, and I could eat without pain. We still have a ways to go with the root canals next and additional fillings but such a difference in a short amount of time. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and highly collaborative. I’ve always had very unhealthy teeth (from poor dental hygiene) so the dentist has historically been a place of shame and stress for me. Dr. Ertl, Sabreena, Adyla and the front desk staff have all made me feel well-taken care of and comfortable during my cleanings and procedures and armed me with better dental hygiene practices from which I’ve already seen positive results over the past year. I just experienced my first teeth cleaning and general inspection at Fox Dental Associates. The work by hygenist Jennifer was superb — my teeth feel the best they have in quite a while. Jennifer was also careful to explain what she was about to do as well as extremely attentive during the procedures to make sure I was comfortable. I felt no significant pain and remained comfortable throughout. Jennifer was also quite reassuring about the condition of my gums. Dr Fox’s inspection also assured me that my teeth were in good shape, and like Jennifer, stated I ought to consider using an electric toothbrush to help improve the state of my gums. I am delighted to have found a place at Fox Dental Associates.
I recently moved from High Point NC to Asheville and was in search of a new dentist. After reading google reviews from several of my top picks I decided to go with Fox Dental. I was not disappointed at all. Jessica, my hygienist was very thorough and explained everything beforehand. It was a relief and completely unloaded any anxieties I had prior. I highly recommend her. I met with Dr. Fox briefly but felt him to be very personable and knowledgeable. I left there feeling confident in knowing that my dental care was in good hands.
The whole staff at Fox Dental is great! Kira was so sweet and did a great job making me feel comfortable and made sure I was taken care of. Jess was awesome. She did an great job cleaning my teeth and kept checking on me making sure I was doing okay! Jess was funny and gave me a pretty cool fact about my teeth! Tristan is the best, big thanks to her for referring me to Fox Dental!
I just had my new patient exam and first cleaning with Jennifer. The office was clean and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful. And Jennifer was very friendly and easy to talk with while she checked out my teeth, did my bite-wings and did my cleaning. Everything was comfortable and no pain and I loved the state of the art equipment that my last dentist didn’t have. Definitely recommend.
