  Transitioning from independent to assisted living is a major life event; however, the wonderful and compassionate team at The Brielle has made this so much easier than it could be. We are thrilled with how our parents are adapting and so very grateful for everyone’s kindness and knowledge. The facility is beautiful and the community members are happy and engaged.   I had the pleasure of coming to this facility to work with the team to install their new nurse call system. I was really impressed with the level of care I saw people getting throughout the week as it seemed every caregiver was willing to go above and beyond to put a smile on someone’s face. Very active community! There was even live music almost every afternoon. Happy to have worked with this company.

  My mother had to transfer out of the memory unit of the assisted living she was currently at. Feeling lost and now knowing what to do or where to go, I was referred to The Brielle and I just happen to call. Immediately I was provided with the information needed and they worked with me to make sure my mother’s needs were attended to. Within a week, The Brielle worked with my family and the previous assisted living to make sure my mom’s transfer to The Brielle went smoothly for her. On the day my mother moved into The Brielle, the whole staff made sure to welcome my mom and make her feel at home. On my mom’s first day, she participated with several activities, which I was informed on by the Family App they have. They took the time to text me thru the app to let me know what activities she attended and I also was able to ask questions, which they immediately answered. They even took a pic of my mom and that made me feel so at east knowing that my mom was having fun. The transfer of my mom from one facility to another was very stressful for me, since there are not many places that can provide you with the information you need. The Brielle took the time out to answer every question I had and they made this whole process very easy for me and especially for my mom. I would recommend The Brielle to anyone looking for a facility that will embrace your family member and make sure their needs are met. Thank you all for making this transition an easy one for my mom.

  My In-laws have been at Brielle just under a year. While they were deciding if this was the place for them, Kathy and Michelle were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure that there needs would be met. They continue to go above and beyond their duties to make the residents comfortable and happy providing them with the assistance they need, activities, events, and good food. My In-laws always have good things to say about the staff-from the administrators, the front desk people, the kitchen staff, and the aides, and I am always greeted with a friendly smile when I visit.

  We looked at a few other facilities on Staten Island for my mother-in-law and selected The Brielle after we met with Michele Barger, the Executive Director. Michelle explained the services that are offered, gave us a tour, and answered all of our questions. We felt that the all inclusive pricing was best for our situation. Since moving my mother-in-law Judy in a few days ago, we have found that The Brielle staff is amazing. From the first visit, we knew this was the best place for my mother-in-law. Michelle immediately came out to greet us, made us feel comfortable and warm when my wife was a bit nervous about what to expect. We chatted with Michelle, had some laughs and learned that we had so many things in common. She is the best. Michelle, Danielle, and the rest f the staff helped navigate the admission process and went above and beyond to help us get Judy moved in, and complete the medical documentation with her doctor. We are grateful and appreciative of her and her staff. Over the last week we have met much of The Brielle staff and everyone is kind, friendly, helpful, happy and always willing to help with this big adjustment for Judy. The front desk folks are super patient and helpful, the aids are very caring, the nurses super professional, the maintenance staff is attentive to our needs, the kitchen staff are all so friendly and kind. It really is a great place. Our family is grateful to Michelle and her amazing staff. We definitely made the right choice from day one . Thank you on behalf of your newest resident, Judy.   Have lived in the community for 10 years. The board is dedicated and does a great job maintaining the community . It is kept immaculately clean and well maintained. They are constantly looking for ways to improve it – such as the recent addition of a pickle ball court that has been a huge hit. Values for these luxury townhomes have skyrocketed due to high demand for these sought after homes – they rarely last when on the market.

  Was considering buying a place in this development but decided strongly against it after talking with many residents and asking their opinions. It appears that the HOA Board is the big negative which applied a $ 2300.00 dollar assessment over three years for cement work above and beyond the few damaged areas on a community just 12 years old. That’s on top of the 375 they collect per month from the 190 units. Some residents told me that even challenging this present board causes even more financial stress on the community as the President uses community funds to go after those challenges by threatening via a lawyer. I was also told that the same contractor that does the lawns does everything else including the cement work that was done. I saw something like that on the TV show 20/20 and no longer considered buying a place here! Decided to look in NJ avoiding an HOA nightmare that many residents expressed here. I can use those HOA monies saved here on snow removal and lawn maintenance.

  These homes for seniors are well maintained and have security at the entrance. The landscaping is superb. This facility also has a pool and a pleasant clubhouse.

  Have about 3 friends and clients that live in their they all love it and wouldn’t live anywhere else. Its a little on high end but again you get what you pay for. The owner is also a very nice guy.
