  1. Worst customer service ever. Tried to get info from the office and we were treated like second class citizens. Ben Chapman had a attitude. All we wanted to do was get info and maybe look at a unit, but all he said was (with an attitude) “Do you have an appointment”. All he had to do was politely ask us if we had an appointment and my wife and I would have probably tried to set up an appointment at the time but we just walked out. Went to another 55 community homes and we’re treated like actual people. They also sent us a thank you card in the mail for coming in to look at the facilities.

City landscape well kept my friend lives in a very beautiful community and their prices are pretty reasonable to live at the Tyler Springs Apartment Community for seniors on Indiana near Riverside Galleria Tyler check them out it’s a great Community with two pools and a nice fountain in front to greet you at Tyler Springs

  4. I was just there visiting my mother in law but it seemed pretty nice. All the tenants we ran into were super friendly. Nice quiet clean place with gorgeous outside foliage. Debbie the manager/office lady, was super friendly and enjoyable. I think my mother in law will enjoy herself there. The pool was so warm and the hot tub was perfect!!

  5. Just visited my grandmother and I am so pleased and grateful that she is lives at Tyler Springs. Cheire and her staff make this place joyful, peaceful and youthful. Which is what we need for our seniors. I love how this staff interacts with their community; making them feel safe and heard. They also have many events: Thanksgiving dinner, ugly sweater and coco parties, luaus and more!!! I just love it here for these seniors. Thank you Cheire and staff for showing your love in the many ways you do to our seniors.

    We moved into the independent living cottages in March 2022 and moved my parents in October 2022. The sales team was awesome. Janenne spent 2 full days showing us around and was able to answer all of our questions. Noe Garcia (property manager) along with the housekeeping, maintenance and landscaping teams went above and beyond preparing my parents home for move in. We love living in Westmont Village and highly recommend it to anyone looking for independent living with tons of activities and amenities.

    This is in response to Gabriella’s reply on 7/13/22 to my original review : Westmont suggested we contact Keith Kasen, property manager, to have our issues resolved. Keith has come to our home to see the issues for himself. I have sent him numerous emails and voicemails that go unanswered. And I am sorry, but Westmont using Covid as an excuse is insulting. Our landscaping hasn’t been done in over 6 months. We can see landscapers working on the main areas you see as you drive in on any given day. There are workers here. If you don’t have maintenance workers to install a toilet, you hire a plumber. There were plenty of plumbers willing to install toilets (that have been available at hardware stores during the pandemic). Maybe we still wouldn’t be having issues with the toilet if a plumber had installed it. A resident shouldn’t have to wait for 18 months and then have management use Covid as an excuse. Same goes for not repairing our oven for a year. I could go on and on. Bottom line is, I think it would be an unwise decision to move into Westmont Village right now. Original Review: As many other recent reviewers on Yelp have stated, Westmont Village has undergone an incredible downhill slide. My husband and I moved here a year and a half ago. It was a beautiful community and our visitors commented on how idyllic the homes and area were. No longer is this the case. A tour of the property shows the first few streets are beautifully maintained but further back shows overgrowth a general lack of care. I feel that services such as home repairs and landscaping are virtually non-existent (even though they are included in the rent we pay). Any response from management takes several emails and/or calls only to be ignored or pushed aside with total disrespect bordering on arrogance. There does not seem to be the least bit of concern for the residents’ issues. We had to wait over a year to have the oven repaired (which still does not work properly). It has taken over 18 months to have a broken toilet replaced as the old one could not be repaired. The new toilet does not flush properly and there is not more than a couple cups of water that fill the bowl. This is an ongoing problem for which management has given no timeline for repair – just radio silence. Further repairs that have not been addressed include an outside water leak and damage to stucco. The property manager is well aware of all these issues and yet they still exist. Between the problems stated above and the internet / television service catastrophe that other Yelp reviewers have outlined, this has become a very stressful place to live.     We moved my mom into their Compass Rose Memory Care Facility 6 weeks ago. Westmont Village and their employees have exceeded my expectations every step of the way so far. My mom has dementia and did not want to go at first. The staff was able to ease her mind and help her adjust to a new environment. Now she has a group of friends and looks forward to mingling with them every day. They have treated me and my family with kindness and professionalism every step of the way. They use a service called LifeLoop.app and everyone you want to add can see pictures what activities your loved one is doing each day. This is a great relief when you can’t go visit in person.

    Wanted to share that I had the best service experience . My air was not cold and the temperatures were rising. I put in a work order via email, they responded right away and Alejandro the maintenance man came the same day, looked at the unit, got tools and parts and had it fixed and blowing cold air in no time. He was kind, informative and professional. He is a huge asset to the community. Thank you Alejandro ..!!!

    We recently moved our parents into Westmont Village, and Charles Luetto was wonderful giving us tours and answering our questions since we began looking in the fall of 2022. We appreciated his quick responses in emails, texts, or calls to our many questions! Charles was easy going and made sure we got the most suitable apartment!     Everything is perfect and I am very satisfied by now. Office staff is excellent. Doing well, very kind and professional. No doubt about managing apartment in my opinion. I need a shortcut passage from parking garage to home. The distance from parking garage to home is inconvenient. Normally it is okay when we do not have a heavy thing to carry, but it’s so hard to go back to home with a heavy one, especially from market. Thank you!

    I’ve been here over a year and experience three different assistant managers. Alisa is the third one and she is a great person to be here actually. She’s a blessing. She’s very helpful. She’s kind, she’s nice and she makes time to help the residents here. All the people I associate with here speaks highly of her. The thing that stands out the most to me is she helped me to get in the food program which I really needed. I am so thankful to have aLisa here as the assistant manager

    I had two different service requests this week. One was a big job lasting all day and into the evening. Pete was flying solo all week and he did a great job.
