  3. Culinary Employee Review: So far this is the best place to work. The supervisors are really nice and understandable and the work itself is usually not difficult. The food looks delicious and appetizing and the residents are very kind and patient.

  4. I had a loved one that was staying at this establishment and this white lady called my grandmother the N word when I tried to find a manager she said she was the manager! She even threatened to kick my grandma out of the facility when I told them to check her out as she had seizures during the night! Overall my experience here was unpleasant! Don’t spend or waste your money on this KKK establishment !

  5. Amazing place for you to live, very well, until you pass. Expensive buy in but, you are fed extremely well, and great amenities and care until your days end. Well worth it, to not have to worry, or burden family for your care.
    You go in well, and that’s it! Every thing is taken care of, with a smile and a hug. A NOT FOR PROFIT establishment.

    I have lived at Alabaster Gardens since 2013. So far I have been please with management and they are always willing to do what needs to be done to fix any situation that may arise. Our managers are doing a great job. I will reccomend other friends and relatives to our complex.

    Had the pleasure to spend some time with the folks at University Pines during a May visit. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and so very well kept. During my stay I enjoyed the company of many of the regular residence who were quite welcoming, friendly and engaging in the various activities they had programed. The entire Management Staff, headed up by Mr. Freddy Ordonez likewise extended themselves to make everyone feel their needs and comfortability were first and foremost. The meals were well rounded, tasty, plentiful and severed within a family atmosphere.     The work environment is a dream. Everyone is bought into the vision and communicates well. The residents here are an absolute joy to be around. The stories and lives lived are a true gem of this community. This community is so alive and busy too! There are always doing something from making blankets for the military vets to karaoke to getting out in the community. I am proud to work here and excited to see where this community is headed in the future.

    I have regained my sense of self. Coming here meant leaving my family but I have relocated the lost me. I’m more competent than I’ve been in 10 years. My faith in myself has been reborn .

    Absolutely horrible facility. ROACH infested. Disgusting. My mother had roach pills, raid cans all over her room. Someone from outside of the facility going in to give her meds. No contract. No documentation of meds given. Medication found all over her room. Up the fees often and the nerve to charge 3500 that she is not there. Please do not use this facility documentation of meds. No documentation when a patient has a change and not independent. Can’t get a call
