  1. Love It!! Beautiful apartment, beautiful surroundings, and many extras, including personal garden plots!! Plus, the management folks are incredibly nice, care about all the tenants, and are completely, thoroughly efficient. It’s a grand place to be!

  2. Nice clean quiet place. Bonus community room can be reserved for family gatherings. I have multiple family members living here and they do like it. I highly recommend for 55 and older.

  3. The front entrance on Norwich is easily marked. I had an appointment and waited approx 10 minutes for manager to meet me and unlock entrance door. The manager was very friendly and throughout appointment remained warm. The building itself was very warm in temperature. The areas I saw were in clean condition. The atmosphere quiet. I viewed two apartments in move in appearance with more floor space than anticipated. Cabinets and closets were compatible for a couple to use. The parking lot was not assigned parking spaces but tenants could speak to manager about paid reserved spots. The tenants observed were white haired and definitely retired. I noted a wheelchair used by one tenant. I was observed and sensed indifference to my presence. I left Thompson Meadows with sense I would feel like a misfit. Too young to feel at home there.

I have a friend that lives there, they do allow small dogs and cats are also welcome BUT just like any other apartment building you get alot of different types of people and personalities The good, The bad, and of course the nosey! And because it is senior living they have all the time in the world to watch out the Windows and peep holes to see who is coming and going. They allow small pets to live in the building but if you have a visitor with a small dog there is a 2hr time limit for them THAT IS INSANE!!!! You wouldn’t think that the older people would run and tattle like two year olds but they do it would be so much better if they would just mind their own business so sadly I could never live in a place like that I feel thar as long as I pay my rent on time what I do and who I have in my house is my business

  5. Thompson Meadows is nice ,but needs improvements ,they loss power there alot ,and there is no emergency lighting in the hallways or stairwells,which makes it very dangerous when the power goes out ,because so does the elevator!

    This was such a nice and safe place for my mom although she decided to move to Texas I would recommend this place if you have an elderly loved one who needs a place to call home . Ms . Earlene Tolliver was so nice and kind and helpful during our process of looking for places . I definitely recommend them !

    The complex was very clean and secure the Manager Ms. Earline Toliver she was very respectful and courteous and thorough about the Facility and what’s expected of the tenants and she’s has a lot of empathy and compassion for her tenants!!

    Management answered all questions but my papa falls between their cracks.That Francis said my papa didn’t look Mexican….go figure uneducated comment and unfair Two thousand a Year too much! That is like “one hundred and sixty six dollars” “A month” Too much ! Don’t make sense.
