What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. A perfect senior living home to help seniors become independent and self sufficent with the help of there inhome care provider and the assistanced of there wonderful management team, and the maintence crew, and there 24hr staff, and the wonderful activities director. I gave Providence Garden a 5 star rating because of its location and city. And how there able to keep all there senior citizen tenants safe happy and well informed on whats goes on in the city of long beach. Good Job P.G

  2. People and management are kind and the apartments and cozy also very comfortable for my elderly grandma there but in my opinion they could work to improve the heating and do an even better job on cleaning

  3. Weston is the best office manager you could ask for and I can’t wait for my sister Kathy to get called for her unit – clean and very welcoming building 👍🏾

  4. Nice and quiet w friendly residents. Love living here although the neighborhood is going down hill as compaired to 20 years ago when I moved in, but that’s to be expected. Still lucky to live here!

  5. Nice enough apartments, and the building gets kept up nicely too, inside and out. Although, for low income rentals they charge more than I could afford, so I had to keep looking.

The staff is awesome and the building is well maintained . Even though it’s supposed to be closed to the public, sometimes squatters manage to get in.

We haven’t moved yet but toured and are THRILLED with this stunning high-end complex…complete w outdoor gas fireplace conversation pits and a jacuzzi you are free to use (not Covid shut down!)…the floors counters and cupboards are all super nice..white appliances. HUGE bathroom w bathtub. The lush shared green spaces and community interior areas will convince you. Bedrooms not large..only negative

ive been on their waitlist for 3 years ? Answered emails, called twice but wrong amount of bedrooms. So why now the waitlist is different. The lady that answered the phone today when I called and my cousin talked to in person gave a totally different answer and rude ?? I am transfering from KY to CA I can’t walk there to tour.y cousin that live there is going to do it for me. Rude lady talked to her. That’s terrible. I wasn’t told that when I I first applied ! would love to move there God Bless. Ms. Camille H. Gore. I am still waiting.. Now it’s been 4 years….

Have lived here for months & though the people are nice, residents have concerns that has been presented to the office. i.e., Community meeting needed with management, game room TV works poorly, spa often dirty, hallway carpets dirty, elevator floors, etc. When questioned, you are given the “we are working on it” statement. Office personnel continues to be changed; one day someone is here….after a while, they are not. Then, the office staff blames the one no longer working here, instead of addressing & fixing the concerns. You are given a one-year lease & periodic inspections as well. Carpet is indoor/outdoor and is terrible. Building intended for seniors but if you want to be treated like a child prisoner, enter at your own risk. Office hours are 10 am-4:30 pm and there’s an hour or more taken out for lunch. Doors are closed more than open!
