  2. My frien Gerry just moved there. I love this place very clean the trees are very mature it is like being in a park. The single apt is very spacious. The refrigerator. The stove are very new and clean

  3. If your on a fixed income don’t move here. They increase your rent every year. They never answer your phone calls.

  4. I have lived here for 7 years. I am disabled and it is great. Good for people with scooters. The staff and maintenance are friendly. Met at least a dozen amazing friendly neighbors.

    I’m very happy to be a resident here. The property is well kept. Management is very courteous, respectful, helpful, festive with a lot of great ideas and creativity which really livens up the community. Maintenance keeps the property very well maintained. My needs are always met expeditiously for the 7-1/2 years I’ve lived here. It’s very peaceful and quiet. I enjoy living here.🥰

    This place is the best !! Also all staff Are very Helpful I can even say loving They are the best! I bet you have live there 26 year I would too!! I wishy I could live there. However they don’t have any Vacancies I understand why cause nobody wants to leave. Management gave me a phone number for their new Property I Was so thrilled even when I picked up the paper The ladies that gave out the Paper Work Were so Sweet and helpful. I just don’t wanna live over at the new ones I would much rather live the ones on the West side here so I did not Take the place. Is great great people.

    Terrible quality. Some rooms are old and dirty. Food is mediocre at best, and atrocious at its worst. Nurse was always late delivering medication. Sometimes the hallways reek of sewage. One time when eating there while visiting, the chicken breast served was undercooked and pink. Overall it is not that great, but I suppose could be even worse.

    Steep yearly price increase! My Dad and I have had our ups and downs with staff (and he got covid here) but the real issue is the insane price increases. In 2 years, the Havens has increased their fees by 25%! Since 2020, our fees have increased by $900 and his care level/services remain exactly the same. The increases are unsustainable especially for people on fixed incomes. Ps Andrea Gutierrez left a great review here but she is the Havens Business Office Manager. Padding public reviews seems unethical, no?

    My mother is 90 years old and spent two months in the Havens. When she first moved in we were hopeful for her continued care and well being. Our family is spread out and we all speak to each other weekly about my mother and her progress. My brother is the main source of communications a long with my mother. For the last month of her stay at the Havens I didn’t like what I was hearing. She became angry, even hostile. In less then a months time, my very lucid mother seemed to be acting out like a child. I have been giving information about her care at the Havens and I am shocked at this facilities response! My 90 year old mother was giving 3 days to leave. So many unbelievable things went on at this facility. My biggest issue is they did not follow their own policies! This is a warning to potential customers!! Don’t leave your loved ones at the Havens!

    This place feels like home. My grandma is thriving. She loves bingo and all of the daily activities. The chef even made grandma her favorite meal of bagels and lox. I can sleep at night knowing she is safe. Thank you Havens so much from the bottom of our hearts. I recommend to all of my friends and family.

    Be careful with this place they talk a good talk but walking the walk is a stretch. The care level “three “or any of the levels is a joke. Your promised certain things are included and then the monthly bill reflects differently .The communication between staff members is nonexistent. Front desk is the worst it’s like talking to a wall. Laundry and trash pick up is maybe once a week regardless of the circumstances. Maintenance had a guy but I never saw him .The two months my mother was there (90years old ) was horrible. “Not assisted more like independent living” a staff member said. If you need help just pull the cord and wait for it and wait and wait Till you find your loved one passed out on the toilet!! Beware Beware!!
