- Reviews:So glad I made the decision to move into this complex. Everyone is super friendly, neighbors, management, everyone always willing to help out. If I ever have any concerns I call the office and they fix the problem RIGHT AWAY! In my last place everything was always so dirty, the hallways, garbage will never be taken out but here they maintain everything so clean and you never see any garbage stay overnight. I ignorantly wrote a 5-star review (as requested by staff) when I first moved in. I was just excited to be in a place that looked clean and “luxurious”.
They don’t keep up with valet trash at all when we lived there, and recent reviews seem to say that is still the case.
We had to pay $150 for Poo Prints, but the entire complex is full of dog waste. Dog parks and the rest of the complex have feces everywhere. They did not enforce the “Poo print” whatsoever. The gates get stuck or are broken for weeks at a time. They only allow one Wifi provider and it constantly has outages.
The apartment itself is beautiful and has great space, the layout has a great flow as an open concept. The pool is also beautiful. Overall just not a good value for the money.
As for the staff, Rich and Luz are AMAZING, very friendly,respectful and friendly. The maintenance staff is AWESOME. The old management were a dream. But this new management (Maribel) boy, does she need to take a people skill course. One day I was by the office and overhead a conversation with a Tenant, I’m guessing they had some sort of issue with the rent. Maribel actually told the tenant that “if you could not afford the rent then you can’t afford having a child and you should put the little monster up for adoption.” Who says that to a parent? I lost all respect for her. From that point forward, I only dealt with Rich or Luz.
Luz was an excellent tour guide. She carefully showed me two properties with wonderful attention to detail. At the end of our tour, she went over all the costs and fees needed to apply, and answered all my questions. She was absolutely lovely!
I came in for a tour and was helped by Richard, he was so nice and informative. We ended up deciding to go through the application process and with a move in date that was a day away. He called us and helped us finish signing the documents, had us come in and was so amazing throughout the whole process. You can tell he truly cares and goes above and beyond for the tenants!
Excellent very quiet community. Very nice and spacious apartments. Good amenities and facilities. Guidance staff Richard Cedeno very attentive and at all disposal.
It has been a great time so far. Staff is on top of everything and review’s everything. Would recommend anyone there since I have not had a bad experience with customer service. If you call and leave a voicemail they will get back to you with 24 hours. Omaria did a great job on handling and fixing my issue with trying to apply. I will give it four stars for now since I have not lived there yet.
