  1. Absolutely best staff and best community around. They care so deeply for each of their residents! They are quick to resolve any issues that arise and do so in such a pleasant manner. The Resident Manager Cheryl is highly professional and has a heart of gold. It’s evident how much she loves her job. I highly recommend Flint Heights Terrace!

  3. That place is nasty and smelly. They take these elder/disabled folks money and don’t take care of the inside. They evict people for their own negligence. My uncle never had roaches or gnats and he’s never had a issue come inspection time now all of sudden he has those very issues and they wanna come down hard. Katie Williby and her staff doesn’t care about these people in the building. If you have loved ones there you better go fight for them. They’re wrongly evicting people and some of these people have paid their rents months ahead. However, they are blaming it on roaches and gnats. Knowing darn well someone moved in there wand brought bugs with them. People that’s been living there for 10 yrs or more damn sure haven’t raised no roaches and set them free throughout the building.

  4. Flint Heights is quality housing at an affordable price. They offer resources and benefits at no extra cost to the resident. The management team works to keep the high rise clean and safe. The residents care about each other and protect each other like family. I am thankful that I get to work with the best group of people at Flint Township’s best kept secret. The reviews I have read reflect the clientele we serve: Quality residents leave good reviews and residents who have left under eviction leave poor reviews. If you are looking for quality housing at an affordable price, call FHT and inquire about the wait list.

  5. Bedbugs never go away in this building. There are cockroaches also. The plumbing is from the 1950’s.
    This building does not provide a safe and healthy environment.

    I am m9v8ng and never moving back in again.

    My brother-in-law lives at Genesee Gardens. We visited 3 senior living apartment complexes. My brother-in-law chose Genesee Gardens. The apartment complex is well maintained, very nicely decorated. The dining room is a dining room not a cafeteria. The food is tasty and nicely prepared. There are several options offered at each meal as well as a small deli area where residents can choose a fresh half sandwich, fruit, snacks. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment is cleaned each weeks. The other residents are friendly. Pets are allowed. Transportation is available. I would live there.

    I have a love one who just moved into Genesee Gardens. My biggest fear is what kind of place this is. I was amazed as soon as I walked through the door I was impressed. This is where I would want to be when the time comes in need of service. Top notch 5*****stars!!!

    Words cannot express my extreme pleasure regarding Genessee Gardens and the staff. My mother, who is an 88 year old assertive, talented, friendly, outspoken and bossy resident is extremely happy there. The staff goes above and beyond to welcome their residence and make them feel exactly like they are at home.

    A safe clean beautiful friendly and well-managed facility. My mom live there for a little over a year and I really can’t say enough good about the management and the staff and even the people. It’s a well-built warm and clean place. At the time it was less expensive than other places as well but I don’t know if that’s the case now. Thankful they were there for my mom.

    Very quiet, clean, pleasant residents, well lit. Enjoyed talking to Mr. Clarence. I appreciate him taking the time out to show available apartments. Inside of actual apartments, walls were freshly painted, and the carpet was well taken care of. There wasn’t any cigarette smells or carpet burns. The kitchen, cabinets, closets, and bathroom were very clean n nice. Beyond my expectations! No bad smell was present at all that I could notice

    I have a friend that lives here and I went to visit him and it is a large seven or eight story apartment building. For senior’s only. There’s a security entrance. Large parking lot. Just minutes from the cultural center.

    Professional, CARING Staff ! Nice Apartments and Facilities and Friendly Residents. We were visiting, but Staff and Residents alike treated us as if we were long time residents. Highly recommend them for a old neighborhood style atmosphere where you got to know your neighbors by name.
