She is always there for me and open to all my request. I think she has done an excellent job at her position. I look forward to many more years with mrs Lanai.

  2. Great Experience, I’ve actually never had a great customer service like this apartments complex. Lenai is very helpful with all paperwork and anything we need. I would definitely recommend going to her. Always on top of everything. And gets things done asap. I really appreciate your service.

  3. My aunt lives here and I wanted to give recognition to the property manager Lanai. The manager has treated my aunt with respect, fair and she has a very kind heart. I appreciate her and all her efforts. Lanai has gone out of her way to help us get in my 1bd and was extremely patient while moving my aunt in.   4. I would like to share my feelings and experience with our manager Lanai Thomas she is always smiling professional and easy going. Everything is.always completed fast and proffessional she is excellent, kind and ready to help with any problem to all of us, this is my firm opinion. Hopfully she will stay forever. The property looks so much better, alot of things where changed while Lanai has been here. The
    Manager gives us proper notice, she keeps the property well maintained, knowlegable and she is patient. I feel safe with lanai here. She is Well mannered nd always a loving attitude & she is the best

  5. Vintage Brook Senior Apartments is a great place to live. It’s clean, when you need a maintenance repair they quickly get it taken care of. Lanaye Thomas in the office is a great manager who quickly responds to calls. She is always friendly and helpful. Lanaye makes this place feel safe and you feel heard and taken care of. I love the apartments

    Everything I’ve seen so far indicates that this is a very clean and desirable location for assisted living. Cannot vouch for it on a personal knowledge basis, but personal visits to investigate would seem to indicate this establishment is above-average.

    My mother lived in Traditions at Oakmont from June 2020 until she passed away in February. I cannot speak more highly of the leadership, the staff, and the care my mom received while there. We transitioned her in the middle of covid, and that was incredibly challenging. Susana is amazing – she hires excellent staff and trains them to be loving, empathetic and nurturing. She trains them to not “just do a job”, but to truly care for the residents. She understands the issues at hand, and works hard to make life work for each individual resident with their unique needs and personalities. The best thing of all, my mom wasn’t just cared for, she was truly loved.

    Everyone seems very friendly and not at all like Ben Stiller in happy Gilmore, which is what I defaulty think of for senior homes. Movie theater, poker table, general cleanliness, it’s all here. Good place to be.
