  1. Entire experience from initial communication, to move in was seamless. Brooke is amazing to work with, extremely helpful and widely knowledgable about the community. Everyone who lives in the complex is kind, it’s extremely well up-kept and feels very safe. Would highly recommend living here.

  3. Where should I start? Starting with the kind, patient, and helpful Brooke. Brooke, who took us on our tour has been a complete jewel from day one!

    Throughout our application process Brooke basically held my hand and walked us through the process. She was there to assist and answer all our questions at a moment’s notice and there were many, many questions.

    When Brooke was on vacation for a week, the Office Manager, Elaine stepped in and made sure everything we needed was handled immediately!

    We have been here for two weeks today and nothing has changed, except for the fact we are even more impressed with Jeremy and his Maintenance Staff. We can truly say, “Our every wish, has been their command!” Jeremy even came to our apartment himself to inspect and address some of things we had expressed concerns with. He told us what he could fix and acknowledged our concerns for other issues. Overall, anything we have requested, has been handled immediately within hours, but for sure by 24 hours! A special shout out and thank you to Erday (sp) and Julio from our Uptown Maintenance Staff! These two men are simply awesome! Julio and Erday are just incredible! They fix things that you don’t even ask for. If they see it, they fix it immediately without you even asking. We are in shock!

    What a staff, from top to bottom we’ve experienced nothing, but exceptional, excellent care and service from the Uptown staff and all their employees.

    We are truly impressed with our beautiful and spacious apartment! We are happy and we love our new FOREVER home 🏡. Joslyn and Thomas

  4. I just moved in last night and when I looked at the apartment I told them that my son works at home as a self employed software engineer. We have no signal inside for our phones, and now I am finding out that we cannot transfer our xfinity high speed internet service bacause they only use Hotwire. He cannot use that slow speed provider for his business. He had a deadline he had to reach for 6:00 pm tonight and we cannot get internet. This is a nightmare because we moved all of our things into the unit and he cannot work with this low level internet company.

    The staff is friendly and helpful, the tenants are quiet and mostly keep to themselves, the view of the pond is relaxing from my porch, and it’s a fun, safe environment- nice swimming pool and grill area. My neighbors have been respectful. I really have nothing negative to say. The prices are a little steep in season and higher than what I’m typically used to up north, but in line with what most places charge. The apartments are unfurnished but marketplace and goodwill have what’s needed.

    Moved in January of 2023. Lived @ the six mile location without any issues. Since day one of moving to Cape Coral location we have been having issues with all the excessive noise. Door slamming, loud music, etc. from neighbors. we pay more than 3000 a month to live here, & it’s unacceptable. We have tried countless emails to management to please get it under control. Most recently we were advised there is a new management team & unfortunately everything is “hearsay” or out of their control. Moving forward they advised to put cameras up to catch the door slamming. Did this & ironically the camera “fell” off the all two different times. It is to a point now where I am concerned for my family’s safety. The police have been dispatched to assist with noise control. Corporate must help and assist in this matter. We are non confrontational people and just want to live our lives in peace. For the kind of money we pay to live here, you would imagine that would be possible. Looking forward to a resolution.

    Since the second I walked in here, I knew this would be home! The staff are so so nice. Lauren and Megan were excellent and very thorough throughout the entire leasing experience. Explained every little detail and made sure we were taken care of. So happy to be a part of the community!

    We moved to this place right after the hurricane. Pamela was very accommodating. Yes the place is pricey BUT you get what you pay for. We feel safe, everything is clean. Maintenance is on top of everything. Clean gym, clean pool and very nice little community ❤️

    This is a well-managed property. The management staff made us feel welcome even before we moved in, and answered our 1000 questions helpfully after we moved in. The buildings and appliances are brand-new. Friendly maintenance staff respond to service calls in 1-2 days and outside contractors handle groundskeeping. The saltwater pool is serviced a couple of times a week. Clubhouse is large and beautiful with a game room and business center too. Great location off Veterans Memorial Parkway and across the street from the Shops at Surfside. They are pretty full now but it’s worth getting on the wait list because they are raising a few more buildings. My pictures are of the front office and the pond with fountain which is charming by day and inspiring, and lit, by night.

    I enjoy living at the Oasis at Surfside! I’m now entering my 2nd year at the property and find it to be a clean safe place to stay. One of the main reasons I decided to renew for a 2nd year has a lot to do with the staff. One person In particular “ Noah” he’s always found working the property and taking great pride in his work. His can-do attitude and southern charm makes him a distinguished Gentlemen! You will always be greeted with a smile and warm handshake. Keep making it brilliant Noah!

    The office staff and the maintenance staff are amazing. Isa and Noah are always the most pleasant and helpful people it’s hard to NOT talk to them. I genuinely enjoy living here! The price we pay is on par with other apartments near us but the staff really make this place feel like home.

    I’ve been living at the oasis for about 6 months and I’ve enjoyed every single one. The Maintenance department has been amazing resolving any issues I’ve had. I’ve been attended by Isa and she’s done an incredible work each time I am planning on renewing my leasing contract for another year.🤩☺️

    Never have I met such cooperative, willing, and hard working staff. For my last two months after Hurricane Ian, I have worked for Cousino Restoration in mitigating and restoring the damages that were caused to these apartments. I have witnessed the Oasis staff going not only above and beyond for the people living there, but for us as well. I would like to commend the maintenance staff, particularly Noah and Isa, for their assistance and professionalism even during the difficulties of recovery after such a disaster. Oasis takes care of everything; their facilities, Cousino Restoration, and most importantly the people living there.
