  1. I love living here! Mario is always very professional and quick to respond back. My favorite part is the pool area and how much natural lighting I have. Also Charles the maintenance guy is the bomb! Super quick with getting things fixed in the apartment no matter how big or small. My neighbors are all wonderful too. Very happy living here.

  2. We have been touring apartments around the area but Michaels service stood out to us. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. He broke down all the cost to us and made it easy to understand. He showed us around and pointed out all the high tech new features the apartment had to offer; passcode locks, camera monitor similar to ring, a smart home system to adjust ac, lights, and even lock the door if you forget while out and about. Truly down to earth kind of man. I dropped my phone in the pool and he got his shirt soaked fishing for it for me. This is the kind of community you would want to live in. The kind that takes care of their residents.

  3. It’s better than most places to live but they have some major flaws. They look fancy with their freshly painted buildings, new little party area next to the pool, and a newly designed dog park…However, their matinence team doesn’t do a very good job of keeping it nice. Only one of the grills in the party area works, and their new foosball table is unusable because half the men are broken. The dog park lights are never lit up correctly at night and instead of keeping up matinence with it, they ask me if they did a good job. If they want me to tell them every time something needs fixing, they should give me a discount on rent or pay me. And there is always trash every where. The matinence pretty much does nothing to keep things looking good.

  4. Never got to move in and the experience was horrible. I constantly made calls to them regarding the rent agreement to no avail. They would always say they would call back but never would, so I was constantly calling them. Once they finally made the corrections on the agreement I submitted it. I got an automated confirmation and started getting resident emails. A week before I was supposed to move in ( and the only time they called me first) was to tell me that the unit was double book and given to someone else. I had already made arrangements at work and was mostly packed since I was expecting to move in within the week. The only solution they offered was to move me into a unit that I did not request ( I.e. 2 bed 1 bath instead of the 2 bed 2 bath) and wouldn’t allow the unit to be changed once a 2 bed 2 bath would become available. After telling me they would call me back once they talk to management ( which they never did) I gave up. I ended up moving in somewhere else and received an email 6 months later with a $250 bill for move out charges ( for a place I never moved into). I called them again and was told they would email the information regarding their move out policy. Never got the email and it’s turning into the same cycle again.

    “Palm Vista – A Cobblestone Community” will be referred to as “the neighborhood” and as “the community” for the length of this review. These terms may be used interchangeably and will be used to refer to the combination of the the community’s physical area, it’s residents, its services and any subject, named or unnamed, pertinent to the lifestyle of the people and properties within the physical area of Palm Vista – A Cobblestone Community. Water-line issues arise semi-consistently which detrimentally affect the quality of life of the residents within the neighborhood for various lengths of time. The internet service within the neighborhood shares similar instances of outages on a semi-consistent interval. Management’s communications to the community and its members are inconsistent regarding subjects such as the repair work carried out on both of the aforementioned services. Additionally, stray cats abound within the neighborhood. The abundance of so many cats leads to an abundance of defecation on the properties of the residents. Many sections of road within the community have experienced considerable damage from usage and the damage is largely left unresolved for a prolonged period of time. Furthermore, roadways in front of a substantial quantity of homes within the community fail to be adequately lit by light sources such as luminaires. The lack of community-sponsored lighting leads to incredibly dim paths in which walking is not safe. Three very possible scenarios in which the lack of safety brought upon by the lack of lighting include: i) a vehicle engaging in a collision with a pedestrian/cyclist ii) a dog outside of a home attacking a pedestrian/cyclist iii) a pedestrian/cyclist being assaulted, mugged, kidnapped and/or any terms that can be classified similar in nature to detracting from the safety of the community, its members, and those who are traversing through the community’s grounds Violations of Community Guidelines are not enforced equally among the community’s members leading to an environment in which fear of “looking at management wrong” is prevalent. The unequal treatment correlates to negative perceptions of the community and its members who are able to bypass community regulations via unknown behaviors. i) Discussion with the residents of the neighborhood indicate that tow truck patrols/raids occur frequently. This behavior is “disconcerting”. The neighborhood utilizes power from the energy company “APS”. The energy company’s for-profit nature leads to higher rates for the residents of the community.

    Overall, it’s a good place to live, they enforce policies to keep everything neat. They might just need to watch over some people who are loud on the weekends and keep the pool cleaner! Also, improving the park with a mini playground would be great for kids!

    I moved into this west palm park in sep 2018. The manager WILLIAM and is wife SALLY who manage the property are very nice and helpful people. I had to do some paperwork to move and William helped me with all of it. He made it the move in very easy. Very nice mobile home park and very clean and if I need something William is always there to help. Six stars for William and sally.

    I recently found out about this place, 4 months ago. I wish it had been sooner, since I am separating from my spouse, and is in need of housing. I was informed through email, that there is a 2 year waitlist. They look beautiful and well maintained, through pics. I can’t wait til I can apply!!

    The management is awesome the maintenance department is very meticulous. The property is beautiful, I think this is one of the only properties out there with a water park for the kids. They also have fantastic facilities for everyone ranging from computer rooms to fitness rooms. It’s a no brainer Madison Heights is really hard to beat.

    Two stars, only for the property appearance and reviews claiming community involvement. Zero reviews for staff. A kindly appearing “new” employee “helping out” and sitting at the front desk, which had the actual property managers business cards on it, was nice and polite but very blunt and scripted “Well, we have a waiting list that’s closed and it will be for the next 2-3 years.” That was all she had. She needed assitance when I said okay, that’s fine. I’d like information about the property and potentially renting around that time. She brought Sherri, and without introducing herself said, “So, you want information? It’s income based.” It was like pulling teeth to get more information, while she engaged in eye rolling… “We have 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments.” More pulling teeth to get information, and Sherri getting clearly irritated with my seeking any information at all… “The rent fluctuates based on the market. It’s different at every complex. It’s different for every renter.” Okay… So, what is the formula to calculate rent at this location (this is all important to know if I’m potentially looking at moving here in a couple of years). She clearly was getting flustered and became even more rude and sharp with her tone and words while making arm gestures. She leaned forward glaring and exasperated by her own lack of open communication and said, “It’s 30% of your income!” Okay. Thank you. Have a nice day. I will not be treated that way and definitely won’t be brining my service there regardless of how nice the community -appears- on the outside.
