Getting someone over to help you out with whatever plumbing problem is occurring is just a quick phone call and they will quickly send over one of their top notch plumbers. I had the pleasure of having Larry P. sent to my house both times, and he was able to quickly diagnose the issues and get everything back up and running in less than an hour. Larry is great because he is happy to explain and show what the exact issue is, and offer helpful tips on how to avoid any further issues in the future.

I called late afternoon on a Friday because our toilet/shower were gurgling/water up/water down and all kinds of noises. Customer service rep scheduled for tech to come by by 8:30pm and they arrived early. The customer service rep contacted me twice in the meantime to let me know ETA which I appreciated.
Kennick was our technician and so professional. He checked out the situation and explained what had to be done and proceeded to remove the commode and snake the pipes and was very efficient and neat. No mess at all.
The professionalism, courtesy and knowledge from beginning to end is unusual these days. This Roto Rooter location is now my go-to company.
Jose & Dwight were very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They explained every detail of what was required to fix our emergency water heater situation. My mom & I were and still is very satisfied and will most definitely will refer others to this company. The experience was phenomenal, organized and the time management was spectacular!!! Quick response and dispatch. Same day service for clogged toilet. No water overflow, just back up. I had knee surgery and could not stand/ walk for very long. The service seemed pretty pricey over $500 for a basic line drop to unclog. If I hadn’t removed the toilet myself, it would have been over $700. My husband was working out of town so just wanted to resolve. If I was able to get around I would have rented a snake from big box store and did it myself as the issue was completed within a half hour. Was also under the impression that there was going to be someone contacting about dropping a camera down to inspect all the lines included in the fee but must have been a miscommunication because that was never discussed again. Overall, the service rep was nice and courteous and I felt safe alone with him. If the issue didn’t need to be resolved ASAP, I would choose other options for the price alone.
