Returns and customer service was super understaffed which I am okay with. Customer service agent called for backup as I was returning items from a job just completed. Greg was called to help. Greg came to the desk with a smugg look on his face. I already preorganized my receipts so I handed him my 4 receipts that included items bought at different times. He said to me “allot of receipts there bud” in a not very Home Depot(y) way. I asked him “if that was a problem. Home Depot is like my second home He then said that he will let someone else help me and started walking away. Never in my 10 years of coming to this home Depot have I ever been treated this way. GREG needs to retrain his customer service skills and also ignored that there were other customers waiting behind me. Very disappointed in your staffing. Every time I place an order and pick up, it takes at least an hour for them to figure out where the order is or if they even have it, always after I’ve gotten notified several times it’s ready. This particular time they didn’t have the order at all! How fun. Here I am sitting at the customer service desk while they try to figure out what happened. Well organized and clean facility. The staff were average in term of customer service pointing to the direction or naming of isle numbers and names. I didn’t quite find what I needed. I do appreciate the efforts made to protect customers from covid.
Almost a 5-star. Yesterday I went to look for some crazy attachments to hook up the shower pipe to a portable washer.. it took assistance from an amazing employee (wish I had got his name.) And a total of 5 attachments to get the job done. The reason 4 stard and not 5 is because it was hard to find someone, but when I did this gentleman was right on it. He gets 5 stars.
The gentleman was helpful in cutting some wood for me that I needed for a work project, but he seemed very bothered and like I ruined his whole day by asking him to cut wood.
I appreciate the help, the attitude and willingness to assist was lacking a lot, however.
I asked another person for help in finding a specific item and he kept walking while talking to me and didn’t look at me or stop to hear anything I had to say.
Took our dog on an afternoon adventure. Jedi was delighted when they offered him a treat when we entered the garden center. Great customer service every time I go.
Great store. Very clean! I was there to buy plants. It was a wonderful experience. I spent 2 hours there just walking around enjoying myself. Nice store.
