  1. Was disappointed in selection of Spring dresses & clothing, and the lack thereof. Found some decor & gifts in addition to the only spring dress – usually find so many beautiful, easy-to-wear sundresses & maxi dresses that it’s hard to decide which can come home with me!

  2. Employee who checked me out tonight was SOOOO nice😃 … I spent over $500 this evening and she even offered to help me load it in my car… but I declined b/c she had a big enuff job ringing ALL my of my merchandise up!! 😁KUDOS to her💥

  3. Super pushy employees. My husband and I entered a dressing room together so that I could try on a pair of shorts. An employee immediately came knocking on the door saying a man and woman couldn’t go in together. So we respected their wishes and my husband left the dressing room. However, a minute later an employee was knocking again saying one person at a time. My husband told the employee I was in there alone but they kept harassing me and knocking until I opened the door to prove I was alone. Super ridiculous behavior. The dressing rooms were at the front of the store where all the employees could clearly see that we were trying to be respectful of their wishes and rules. If you want to be harassed and disrespected by all means visit this store.

    Went there during the Christmas holiday. Had great staff, who were friendly and helpful with finding what you needed or just helping you with ideas for a gift. Great prices and so much to choose from.

    Great deals! The store associates are usually pretty nice. Usually a pretty decent variety of items to choose from. The shoes however, it’d be nice if there were more size options for all the styles.

    I gave it 3 stars because of the customer service from the manager. 2 cashiers working one machine frozen up and the cashier that was taking cash couldn’t use it. However, the manager standing in the middle didn’t try to open another machine. Instead, she was too busy talking about a pair shoes that were returned and she is going to buy them. By then the line was getting long and both cashiers were only taking credit cards. No cash intake or No cash returns. The cashiers were very pleasant but the elderly manager needs more training on how to keep the flow going.

    Despite the stores long lines during busy/peak days & hours, I really like coming to Ross. The prices are great for the quality you get.
