I don’t feel the prices are any more expensive here than other places. It all depends on what you’re buying, & the quality you’re looking for. You have to shop around for the best deals like you always have. They do have pickup but it takes quite a bit, but that’s what you get for convenience grocery shopping. Store is normally stocked pretty well and have had no complaints about the staff. Huge disappointment, a lot of prices posted did not match prices at the register, shrimp$7 was $19.99! At the register I declined bags… still got charged $3.99 for them. I get it, the people shopping here are usually over 60 and probably enjoy the nostalgia trip, but it’s just not really feasible sometimes. Even on random weekdays they seem to get packed in the early afternoon, making it difficult to navigate around the tiny cramped aisles. If they can’t/won’t get a bigger store or a better layout, they need to figure out how to get people through the lines faster. There was a LOT of shoppers, but I believe we hit the after church shoppers. They have pretty much whatever I wanted/ needed. They have a large, in my opinion, selection of their ready made foods, in case you don’t wish to cook. I was very pleased with the groceries I brought home. Esp the strawberries. They were so good it tasted like they were just picked. Yummy. The employees are friendly and helpful. The check out line was long but it wasn’t long before they opened 2 more. Not a long wait at all. The produce is fresh and reasonably priced. They have a great selection of meats with the very good deli counter. The staff is very helpful and the store is very clean. The fresh Salsa and homemade chicken paprikash are absolutely delicious! They have decent sized and fair priced premade meals as well. The selection of produce is great and the store is always clean. This lady was very very very rude named natiuca with spark delivery driver they kicked me out the delivery parking lot for no reason at all she said I was not signed in when I was ! She also told me I couldn’t pick up from this store any more for no reason at all!!! Dan came out the store taking her side when I did nothing at all I’m tried of these Walmarts not treating people with respect! This is unfair I had my Son in the car just trying to make some money to feed my family and I can’t even do that !!! This is crazy something need to be done about this !! Please people help me out I need this to be escalated to the most high at Walmart!!!
One of the better Walmarts I’ve been to. They have improved the layout several times over the past few years and I feel confident to walk in and just know where something would or should be. It’s fairly organized. It is quite busy at all times but plenty of self checkout and usually they have plenty of cash registers open and working. Produce looks good as well and plenty of options for groceries. Glad to have this Walmart here and I’m glad to see they keep it nice and clean considering it’s so busy.
I found the Walmart Associate working in the self checkout area very helpful. I was unable to get FF milk as there was none on the shelf. I could see it on the floor of the
cooler, but out of reach. I asked a “blue vest” if he could get it and he explained he didn’t have the keys for the cooler. He suggested I look for another blue vest. I thought it would have been more helpful if he called someone on his radio. As it was, I just settled for 1% milk.
I really like this Walmart.! It seems they’re always restocking shelves and food coolers continuously which tells me it’s a high turnover rate for food which I feel kind of offers a little more in the line of freshness. Workers all seem to be pretty friendly and courteous whenever you need something they don’t hesitate to help you find it all in all I think it’s a great store.
Usually when I rate at the register it’s about available store product but the rating now is for store employees because I’m really tired how they interact with the public. So far everyone at customer service and the greeters have been very nice and pleasant but everyone else is the complete opposite. Although two days ago the woman at the changing area was very pleasant. That hasnt always been my experience. I’ve been shopping at the Parma Ohio store for the last 5 years and today I’ve had it. I’m sick and tired how I’ve been treated all the time. They have an attitude when asked a simple question. Today I asked a question and the employee continued walking past me ignoring me then all of a sudden she stopped with a loud sigh and decided to unhappily answer me. It was apparent she didnt want to be bothered. Why, why does it have to be this way? What is the problem? How should I respond back? Should I stoop to their level and respond in the same manner? Is this what we’ve come to? Why? I just don’t understand.
