- Reviews:I attend this place a lot and most of the people at night are awesome, but this guy who wears a flat cap follows my partner around whenever we are present and watches her like a hawk I’m not sure if it has to do with her color, or that she’s a woman but it’s starting to get weird and become a highly consistent thing as to every night we are there ( he has no care if it is just I who walks in) he only follows when she is present. In this day and age this is plain disgusting. I don’t care what their staffing issues are, how dare you hire employees that can do this. This location is 100x better than the old one. They have literally everything at this new location; groceries, cloths, housewares, pharmacy and more. There is a Starbucks and a US Bank inside. Good produce and meat quality. This location is super tired and rundown. Tight aisles and the layout isn’t great. I really appreciate their pharmacy, though. Timely, courteous, and they refilled a 90-day supply of something that other pharmacies wild only do 30 days with. The Walmart in Castle Rock is a great Shopping center that is well maintained, cleaned, with great customer service. Comparable to other Walmarts, this store is far better off when it comes to curb appeal and cleanliness of facility. I’m super happy that this store does not fit the YouTube videos of dirtiness, rude customer service, and obnoxious customers. Keep up the great work! Follow me for more reviews.
Visiting my family and I found this Walmart. And I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the store. New pick up machine was pretty cool. But overall good experience. Thanks for the hospitality Castle Rock
Walmart is great! You can get anything you need and more! On top of that nothing beats the price! It’s the cheapest place to get groceries and more.
Walmart employees always think people are doing sketchy things and are always trying to kick my friends and I out of the store after not doing anything. Other then the disrespectful workers, the store is well put together and clean.
They definitely don’t follow these practices at this store. Didn’t acknowledge me at the back door, so I had to walk all the way around through the front. I’m assuming it was a manager when I arrived in the back, because he was locking a dock door from another driver. Then just disappeared and left me here. Then had to wander the store to find someone AGAIN. And then stood around and typed this review. And STILL waiting. Ridiculous!
