  3. I went to this pharmacy yesterday on 1/27/23 to get my antibiotics. A lady who served me, light colored hair , accent in the language told me… We don’t have that, it’s not available, tell the doctor to prescribe you something else. Okay, I’m getting antibiotics, which I have to take because I was bitten and I’m supposed to tell my doctor, who I won’t be able to reach until Monday, to write something else down for me. Good lady, what’s wrong with you?
    There is always a preparation which can be offered as a substitute.

    Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. From the outside there is 20% (see pictures) on everything that is available without a prescription! In the pharmacy itself, I experienced the brazen surprise: The 20% is only for members! I said: Then I’ll become a member! She: It takes 2-3 days 😳😳😳. So I had to pay full price!!! I asked the employee that there was no indication from the outside that the percentages only apply to members. Then she replied very rudely! It’s a shame that customers are treated like this. I hope that the pharmacist trains his employees better. The pharmacy earned you €1.50 more from me, but got a bad rating for it. Be honest and write legibly from the outside that the 20% is only for members. By the way: 200 m further on Rheinstraße you will find the Europa Apotheke. There EVERYONE gets the 20% without ifs and buts!!!

    I have been going to the pharmacy for over 25 years. The old owner used to be, the junior for a few years, I always got my medication, the one with the prescription and everything that doesn’t need a prescription, staff-friendly, the boss is always there, friendly, I like to visit Kreuz Apotheke.

    Unfriendly and impatient staff for foreigners Insufficient medical expertise to advise. An employee of this store only heard a clinical picture and immediately tells me that I have to go to the operating room. I am very astonished and shocked that the employee without a medical degree gave me such unreasonable advice. I don’t recommend you to buy some medicine and ointment from the advice of this pharmacist there.

    I went to this pharmacy on February 7th, 2022 at around 9 p.m. because it was declared on the internet as an emergency pharmacy. When I arrived I rang the bell (holding the bell button for about 3 seconds). After a minute (you want to be polite) I rang the bell twice for about 3 seconds. Still nothing moved (It’s possible that the person has just been to the toilet, which of course I would have fully understood). I continued to wait patiently and rang the bell again. Then after 3 minutes, without further ringing, a woman came, who must have been about 50+. She stopped in the middle of the room and gestured wildly, almost in panic, with her arms. I myself was behind the locked door. I thought at first that it might be the ringing, but then reflected that I’ve been extremely patient with that and that can’t be the reason for your failure. She then pointed to her FFP-2 mask and I noticed that I didn’t have mine on. I politely apologized and indicated that I would be right back as the mask was only in the car. After a minute I was back and rang the bell again, since the lady had previously gone back to the back room. It started the same game. I rang the bell several times, but also in such a way that I couldn’t be accused of being pushy. But nothing happened. I played the game for 5 minutes. Finally I gave up this venture and went to the Mohren pharmacy in Biebrich, where a gentleman served me very quickly, nicely and in a friendly manner, just as one would expect from a pharmacist. In retrospect, it was incredible that I did this to myself at the Kreuz-Apotheke, also considering that I had to get the medication for an emergency. In emergencies in particular, one hopes to get quick help from a pharmacist. After all, he is the last authority between the medication and the patient. So I think it’s a shame that such an incident happened that day. If I hadn’t had a car now, I wouldn’t have been able to react so flexibly. It is therefore the purpose of my letter that this is to be refrained from in the future.
