    I’ve been a customer every day for over a year and I can’t complain at all. I’m always greeted in a nice and polite manner. It’s the pharmacy I trust, I haven’t allowed anything so nice and polite in any other pharmacy, and if there’s time, everyone chats who says or claims otherwise simply doesn’t appreciate it

  2. Today I spontaneously called the pharmacy because I urgently needed a certain mixture. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helped me straight away. Towards evening I was able to pick up the mixture. I was received by a member of staff and there was a little something for the child to snack on.

  3. Great pharmacy & great team. All medicines in stock (no problems as described in the media). I am a regular customer there because of the great advice and the absolutely fair prices and can only recommend them!

  5. I never thought you could have a favorite pharmacy, but Central-Apotheke is definitely my favourite. The staff is super friendly, committed and totally nice to children and dogs! The employees seem very balanced, it’s your turn quickly, there is a 24/7 pick-up machine and they even offer to bring things home. 5 stars from the heart!

    After I had a small accident at work and had really bad bleeding on my finger, the doctor’s office next to the pharmacy didn’t want to treat me because it was an accident at work. However, the friendly staff at the Lornsen pharmacy saw that there was imminent danger and stopped my bleeding and bandaged it, even free of charge! I generally come by more often and always get great advice 🙂

    Very great pharmacy! Late in the evening, a messenger brought me an urgently needed antibiotic for my daughter, which was otherwise out of stock everywhere else. Very committed employees and great service, many thanks, also to the friendly messenger!

    Unfortunately, again more than negatively surprised by the prices. I had to pay over 9 euros for the over-the-counter medication I bought. In pharmacies in the immediate vicinity, the cheapest preparation (which I had expressly asked for) costs 3.05 euros. So I had to pay three times the price, I won’t understand why anymore. And unfortunately this was not the first time! 🙁 If you have the opportunity, it is better to go a few steps further. Sorry, staff is really nice and friendly but the prices are far from good and bad 🙄

    This pharmacy is great, the staff is always friendly, the service is great, I have never experienced that at any pharmacy before, they are always open Monday to Saturday until 8 p.m., which is great. I am more than satisfied with this pharmacy and only go there!

    I ordered online, a lot was for stocking. The prices are unbelievably cheap. I wanted to have everything delivered free of charge (great service offered). After a few hours, my main items were canceled because they could not be delivered. Because of this, I personally called the pharmacy and then canceled the entire order (it was then no longer worthwhile for me). A very unfriendly lady! Then told me that it was not a problem at all. She was extremely annoyed and very rude in her tone!!! The next day, a very nice messenger from the pharmacy rang my doorbell to hand me my partial order. I was of course very surprised the lady knew nothing about the cancellation! Since she was so friendly and drove all the way, I took her medication anyway. Too bad, therefore 1 star deduction because something like that doesn’t work at all! Addendum: I was contacted and we discussed the matter in a nice conversation. Thank you for this effort. Thumbs up !

    catastrophic advice, unfriendly, the employee was too lazy to get me a cheaper product from the shelf. Only after I pointed out that she had it on the shelf did she set off, annoyed. Her advice on the content of the product (percentage calculation) was also wrong. After I pointed this out to her, instead of apologizing, she got rude.
