  1. I am a bit disappointed. I have had the opportunity to dine in a different P.F CHangs and I had some expectations, that weren’t accomplished.

    Maybe it was perception but all tables look close and may cause a discomfort and narrow hallways. Additionally it was a bit noisy.

    Food taste was OK, but again, I felt disappointed, I ordered a Kung Pao Chicken and meat,vegetables was like 1/4 of the dish and the rest was Rice (It is not visible at first sight, I must admit that it was served so not to show)

    Staff and waiters were kind at all time.

    Although I didn’t had a bad experience. I didn’t get what I expected and probably won’t be back.

  2. The wait was only 10 minutes long, our server was very attentive and nice. The atmosphere was very nice, very Asian. I had the best strawberry lemonade I’ve ever tried. The sweet and sour chicken was ok, the shrimp dumplings were unbelievably salty, tuna sushi was kinda mediocre but I liked the sauce it came with, the white rice was very delicious though. solid coconut ice cream though!!Maybe it just isn’t my type of food, would have to give them another chance..

  3. Very disappointed on my first and last visit to this restaurant. The service was good and so was the dumpling sauce…and that was it. The lo mein had no flavor, the Kung pao chicken was not spicy and kind of salty and had too much sauce. The glass iced water tasted pretty bad too; seems like it came out of a faucet in the wash room. Some pieces in my wife’s Mongolian beef were cooked medium rare. Panda’s Chinese is way much better and less than half the price. PF Chang’s food quality is “no bueno”.

  4. Food was ok. Some dishes needed more flavor. Service was good. Drinks were delicious. Restrooms are in a hallway located behind host area. Girls restroom has 3 stalls. However the middle one was out of order that day. Great atmosphere.

    We visited yesterday and had dinner. We ordered the dinner specials, chicken and vegetables, chicken egg rolls and shrimp and scallops. The chicken egg rolls are very good, so is the hot and sour soup. The price is reasonable and the service is great. We will visit again.

    Great food and prices. Service was excellent. We had sweet and sour chicken, general tso’s chicken, Mongolian beef, and chicken fried rice. Everything was very delicious. Will definitely come again.

    Do not eat here unless you want hairs in your food. First time we ordered the lomeien and there was along black hair tangles within the noodles. I never went back after that, i decided to give this place one more chance, as i was eating there was a black hair on the shrimp. Disgusting !! they did not even offer me a refund for that item or a partial discount. Definitely not going back AGAIN! EVER! Stay away from this place!

    We had the steamed dumplings to start. They were undercooked and flavorless. Then we shared a large plate of sweet and sour chicken. The amount of food was very generous, however quantity doesn’t impress if the quality is lacking. The chicken pieces were a lot of fat and skin. Our waitress was absent most of our time there other than when we gave her our order. Our drinks were never refilled. The ceiling in the restaurant is covered in years of dirt and grease. We will not return nor recommend this restaurant. They left us feeling disappointed.

    The food was just okay. The pansit was very delicious but I feel with so many menu items it leaves many dishes to be lacking. Some dishes are awesome and a lot more are just okay. The soups lacked a lot of flavor.

    Usually very pleasant service and decent wait times. The only criticism I’d say is the super greens were bordering raw and I’m not sure if they’re supposed to come with a white sauce, but my super greens were completely plain. If I’m wrong, I’m wrong but those veggies could have used just another minute to cook. I definitely don’t mind a wait at all if it’s done correctly.

    Worse experience ever, after a 13 hour shift and super hungry. I pick up food through drive thru and get home to the most skimpy plate ever!! Never again!! Thats a “plate” for $9 w/tax. Also not forgetting the unsanitary unwrapped straw for my drink i found in my bag too.

    They were sold out of their sizzling shrimp at 2 in the afternoon. I should have been informed when I placed my order, not at the window. I felt bad that I held up the drive thru while I ordered something else. Then, I didn’t get my spring roll. Wasn’t happy when I got home.

    Ordered online and they couldn’t fulfill my order because they had no white rice, they didn’t bother calling me ahead of time and just let me show up to the store and when I asked for a refund they told me I would have to contact customer support through the app, the staff were useless and unhelpful. A mistake behalf of the store and they can’t even bother helping.
