Very large selection of clothes for kids, juniors and women. Not a great place for men’s attire or footwear though.
Today at TJ Max I was a great experience. I was looking for several items and was provided unbelievably great customer service to assist me in locating them in store. Thank you to the young lady stocking other items that took the time to actually assist me instead of just pointing in a direction where I might find my item. Very rare these days to receive good customer service.
This location is always so neat and organized that it doesn’t stress me out or give me anxiety like some others. It’s a real pleasure to shop here.
Unfortunately this location doesn’t take returns after thirty days even with a receipt… Despite company policy dictating store credit. Don’t recommend.
Such a rude manager! I’m sorry pauline but I think you had a bad day and took it on everyone! I mean as a manager you are supposed to be a role model for your employee. We were trying to return an item and had the wrong receipt not only she was rude to us as her customers and did not help us but she was rude to her employee by yelling at them in front of everyone! So unacceptable!!!
