1. Not really a great experience……
   Tried to exchange something without a receipt for a like item, but because they weren’t the same price, they would not. I was willing to pay the difference no big deal….that’s ridiculous. so now I’m stuck with a shirt I don’t like and socks that don’t fit.
   These were gifts from someone that misplaced the receipt.
   I like the idea of a Department store but, this is why we see less of them. Why does something so simple have to be so difficult. I shop in this store on a regular bases and know some of the staff from coming in the store…..so why just why

2. Decided to stop in for some work shirts. This store is well organized, stocked, clean, and has friendly associates. Had just what I needed and I even picked up a pair of pants that weren’t a planned part of the visit. Good to see a better selection coming back!

3. Very rude cashiers. When my wife asked about the price of a T shirt, she did not answer the question, she did not look at us and she called her supervisor and left mumbling bad words. The other cashier next to her claimed that he does not know her name. When I asked to see the manager, the cashier who replaced her called the manager and said that she will be here soon. I noted the phone ringing on the next cashier after few seconds and that agent came to us and said that the manager is busy and cannot talk to us!! He claimed that he is the supervisor, even though he claimed few minutes ago that he does not know the rude cashier’s name!! When I told him that I will file a complaint and you will hear from me. He looked at me laughing and saying please do. And on the top of that, he was rude enough to rell me that your payment is $139. Of course, we left without buying anything. I have never seen such a rude customer service in my life !!!!

4. The worst possible experience if you’re coming to return Amazon orders. And the store reps couldn’t be more rude. The first time I went to the store, on a weekday evening, I was told that they didn’t do amazon returns after 7pm. So, I went back on the Friday of the same week at around 5pm after work. That day, a rep told me that they didn’t do amazon returns after 4pm on weekends. It wasn’t even a weekend! So, I went back again today at 5:30pm (on a Wednesday based on the info shared with me by their rep), and today I was told that they stopped accepting amazon returns at 5pm! So, frustrated, I changed the drop off location to UPS.

   There’s no where on Amazon return instructions that gives timings for kohl’s drop off. These people are randomly deciding when they want to stop working at the drop off kiosk. Very undisciplined.

5. Nice and clean store. A sephora will be in this location soon. I was able to go and return my amazon item here.
