Carlos is racist and so is the other lady that checks people in. Unfortunately that all changed yesterday when I was treated very rudely by the associate at this store. She refused to refer me to a repair facility, nor would she look into my billing question. A few minutes after arrival, someone signed me in with two people before me, but had no ETA. I had to wait an hour and 50mins to do a 10 minute operation. No one acknowledged the wait, or that I even existed during the wait. Once I was finally seen, the employee refused to show me on the screen how the numbers add up. All they would show me was a piece of paper with prices I wouldn’t actually be paying. But they had no problem tapping buttons on my phone to “help” me use menus as if were a confused senior citizen. When I walked in I was lost and not only needed to activate my phone but needed guidance on a few things. Everyone in the store was more then happy to help. The prices are almost half for accessories. Customer service is so very important especially when you’re spending thousands. My phone required repair and I made an appointment to come in. I was promptly greeted by Alvin & very shortly thereafter Jenni was able to assist me. Both associates were friendly, professional, and courteous. They were what was needed to make a bad situation go a lot smoother. I would work with both again. Only thing is ordered case for phone and it came in but he did not let us know. Glad we called. Women was very kind and told us our case arrived. The workers were nice. Alvin is a nice guy. We had alot to do and it did not take long.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Alvin at a Verizon store, and I can honestly say that he provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment I walked into the store, Alvin greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine interest in helping me find the right phone and plan for my needs.
Throughout the entire process, Alvin was incredibly patient and attentive to my questions and concerns. He took the time to explain all of the different options available to me, and made sure I fully understood the features and benefits of each one. He even went out of his way to help me transfer all of my data from my old phone to my new one, which was a huge relief.
What really stood out to me about Alvin was his professionalism and positive attitude. He never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him, and always made me feel like my satisfaction was his top priority. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the best solution for my needs.
Overall, I would highly recommend Alvin to anyone looking for a Verizon sales rep. He is truly a shining example of what great customer service looks like, and I am grateful for his help in finding the perfect phone and plan for me. Thanks, Alvin!

Sally at the Verizon store was so wonderful. We were in a terrible situation with AT&T and helped us transfer all of us to a family plan. She even got me internet for my office which was a lot cheaper! I highly recommend this Verizon store. They are a great team and they really work well together! Thank you.
