I been Verizon customer a long time and my companies. I was a VP of sales for Midwest. Verizon needs to understand that old people are not geeks like the young. Just because I had an i8 iPhone for 5 years:( means I know enough to update things when I get home. I kept asking that!! But seems like the manager on duty wanted me gone. I spent a lot of money that day. Your Mgt will blame the new salesman. Too bad. This survey was a waste of my time. At first service was good and was able to help me and I was told I could get $1000 credit towards a new phone. After the transaction was finished I went to give him my hold phone and he told me I could keep it and would still receive the credit. This was false because not only was he wrong, but now I am paying for a phone full price. They would not honor it and even the higher ups could do nothing for me. Also was charged an activation fee for my temporary number they gave me which was only in service for 3 hours while my number transferred over. We have been having some issues with our service, the KID could care less, ( I’m sure if it were the other way around he would’ve cried to his parents and exclaimed how unfair the world is) we have 5 lines cellular w them kinda would think we would be treated w at least an understanding. We are a small business and have had so many issues w this company. However this store only got a 2 star review cos they wer quick. He didn’t wanna look into anything or even pretend to listen we felt extremely unwelcome. And we had planned to upgrade several phones. It’s unfortunate but I think it’s time to part ways w Verizon as we have billing issues , they have no communication amongst the many departments. The outsourcing phone “experts “ are an absolute joke i literally spent hours on the phone w several people to be promised things and they never delivered. I even had one give me a fake tracking number. Excuse my rant but I’m sure many have had similar issues . I was so lucky to be received by Tiffany today at the Verizon store. What a delightful young lady, such a pleasure to sit with her while she took care of my needs replacing my iPhone screen protector and setting up/installing my new Apple Watch and installing the face bumper. Very courteous, engaging and helpful the entire time and I highly recommend Tiffany on your next visit to Verizon on Cattleman.
Great experience because of Alon! I started out on Sunday working to set up a new family plan bringing over our numbers from a corporate account. We didn’t know the process going into this, and of course you can’t do anything on a Sunday. Alon walked us through everything we needed to do Monday morning, and followed up with me to be sure everything worked out. AND then came in to finish the sale on his night off. It wasn’t quick, but it all worked out. Alon was very helpful, kind and patient. He got us a great deal, and we even ended up spending less then originally thought. Thank you Alon.
Jon Britton helped us out today and we couldn’t have asked for a better consultant!!! We ran into a few roadblocks along the way of upgrading a phone but Jon was able to help us through all of them. Super professional and extremely knowledgeable. Overall an amazing worker!
Sales rep was pleasant. I post my experience of a return tomorrow. Not speaking ill but was sold the wrong phone and I hope they take care if the situation professionally. On the other hand Shelton was great!

I do hate Verizon as a corporation, and I’m still a bit resentful that the phones I want are not carried (although I was pleasantly assured that most can be ordered. It just seemed nonsensical to order through Verizon when I can order online for cheaper).
Also, Verizon, if you send me text messages about your promotions, make sure they are applicable to the device that you know I have. I dunno, I would be appreciative if anyone can send this critique by pigeon to the lords of Verizon, which is how I assume they get their communication and the name that they call themselves.
