  1. The person who worked at this location on November 22, 2022 was really disrespectful and rude. Yes we understand he was solo working that evening, we waited 15-20 minutes to get his attention as he was busy assisting other customer. We waited but we were ignored, so I had to interrupt them and asked him if there was someone who was going to help us? Mr. Whoever was super rude and told us “I am working solo” well ok!!! But you didn’t had a basic courtesy to let us know that he wont be able to help us. Basic service manners which were lacking. Maybe this would get ignored but the management should really look into this. Worst and disgusting customer service!

  2. Once again, Kayla was awesome today! I stopped in to pick up my new Apple Watch and Kayla was with a customer so I waited until she was finished. When Kayla greeted me she was happy to see me and helped get my watch all together. She was personable and asked how my holiday had been. She has such a great sense of TRUE customer service!! I appreciate being able to go in a business and have EXCELLENT customer service and that’s what you get when you work with Kayla Baker!

  3. I was having issues connecting my old phone to Versions network after I had a repair done on it. The store manager Matt helped me understand what the issue was and explained how to fix it. When I expressed interest in an upgrade, he went over my options and helped me find a great trade in deal that I ultimately went with instead.

  4. The Verizon representative, Kayla Baker, at the Verizon store located on 2720 Showplace Dr, Suite 106A in Naperville, IL was so very helpful . She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of her job and was very personable. During the process of getting my new iPhone set up, Kayla was kind enough to have a pleasant conversation to help pass the time while the phone was getting set up. I would absolutely recommend Verizon and this specific Verizon store location to family, and friends, as well as recommend they see Kayla Baker to assist.

  5. Matt was very friendly and professional. His knowledge greatly improved the overall experience and expedited the process. The store itself was very clean and organized however the choice of furniture is terrible. The chairs were as comfortable as a medieval torture device.

    Day two at same Verizon store on 75th/Naper in Naperville, IL. Raul was there to help today to transfer my iPhone that got upgraded for myself transferred over to my teenage son. The process was easy and Raul was very knowledgeable about the service plans and the transferring of services from pure Talk over to Verizon. Thanks again Raul!

    Not sure why this place has received less than glowing reviews. Not arguing, but it’s just never been my experience here. I’ve been at this location more than once in the last few years and always had decent service. Today was fantastic. Worked with Mason to purchase and set up a couple of new phones. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and just a nice guy. No pressure, no upselling, just a good dude doing a great job. We’ll be back to this location. And thanks again, Mason!!!

    We stopped by this store over 3 years ago while visiting family in the area looking for to upgrade my wife’s phone. We were very happy with our service then so we made a point to stop the next time we needed something new. We were looking to upgrade our 8+ year old tablet on this stop. They searched for the best deal they could offer as we didn’t use our tablet much so we didn’t need the most memory or speeds. They had a deal where we could upgrade my 3-1/2+ year old phone and get an offered NOS (New Old Stock) tablet included. It doesn’t bother us that the tablet is a 2022 model year. They have carried phones with higher memory and that’s what we buy. Very happy with them keeping our budget in mind and listening to our needs. 5 stars all the way for the entire crew!

    i am a customer @Verizon over a decade but after my visit today at this branch i i will never go there again and probably i will change my carrier just because of this guy With bad atitude&rude Mason. After i purchase a new phone he asked me for 30$ to transfer my data from one phone to another. After I paid him guess what?!? He couldn t transfer all my information to my new phone . I kindly ask him to give my monney back because his service wasn”t completely done. & he did not refund my$. Mike Green (nice guy the manager) , you better fire this guy otherwise you ll lose customers at your branch.Have a good day now!

    This location is the best place to go to if you want horrible customer service. I unfortunately dealt with the “specialist” who didn’t understand my business there. His response was so rude and just ugly. This was at the start of the day when they opened. Makes you wonder if he’s bringing in his mess from home to work…so sad. I did notice a short yellow bus parked nearby. That could explain the “specialist” title. What a waste of time and air. To the owner…Tell me what is different or has changed first, then I might consider a return visit.

    I went this week to transfer data to my new phone. Well the man working there, a manager, told me about Verizon home protect and how it would be free so why not! Well little did I know it’s a monthly thing for 25 dollars a month. I immediately call Verizon to cancel. And I still got charged. Don’t lie to your customers. Now I have to call my card to dispute this and its a waste of time and aggravation.
