I am so happy that I decided to try this location From the start Daisy was really nice and attentive helped me with everything that I needed she explained why things were happening and helped get started on my new phone and put all of my information on the new one. One million thank you for this person who changed my mind because I was just about ready to switch to another carrier

Daisy has been very patient, and informative. Daisy went out of her way to assist me. Thanks to her I’m leaving the store a happy customer. Verizon needs more people with willing hearts and willing hands, like Daisy.

    Sam was great and took care of everything we needed. He knew a lot about the different phones and plans. He wasn’t pushy or salesy but made us aware of options, which was really helpful. Even though it was a busy day, we got what we needed and will definitely return to this location thanks to the great customer service.

    Sam was rude and unhelpful We came in and waited over 30 minutes, and someone with an appointment walked in, and we were told to wait longer. Only one person working and not friendly staff. I don’t get why you get shamed for asking a question. Sam needs custom service training and learn to talk to people respectfully and friendly.

    The number provided on Google doesn’t connect you to the location. It connects you to someone offsite, and that person cannot help you if it’s a store-specific issue. I was bounced around for at least 10-minutes before I was then further put on hold. Not a great experience. Why is it set up this way? To be clear, the store itself has great representatives. This is nothing on the location and solely on the way Verizon itself sets up their phone service/customer service.

    This store went above and beyond to help upgrade all 5 of my lines on my family plan. Roberto was so patient answered all my questions. Made sure I didn’t leave until everything was to my satisfaction. He even helped me call Verizon to make sure everything was correct on my account. I can’t tell you how wonderful the service was. I hope every time I go he is working. Thank you Roberto for your stellar and honest customer service!

    *Don’t buy services @ this store*The customer service at this location is terrible. Went in to return a phone and was refused service because I came in 50 minutes before closing on 6/4/23 @5:10pm. The representative outright refused to help me and was trying to get me to come in another day, mind you I got there 50 minutes before closing. The rep. said they were only helping by appointment; I was advised by the call center that no appointment was needed for this store. No where out side or inside the store does it say by appointments only. Not the first review of customers complaints for the same reasons and wait times where you are ignored for long periods of time with no acknowledgment.

    The most terrible Verizon store I’ve ever been to, unprofessional employees and terrible services, had to wait for 30 minutes to get attention and had to keep waiting for another 30 minutes for the service. Will never come back to this store!! SO TERRIBLE!!! Unbelievable guys!
